Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Didnt have the best upbringing. Got my ass beat by a full grown man growin up just cuz he could. Bounced around safehouses and foster care. Didnt eat much man. Didnt eat much at all. Cuz i didnt have MUCH to eat. All i wanted to do was get huge and strong.
The marine corps changed all that. Helped me focus my aggression to something finely tuned. I may not have the tools required to do what i wanna do but like Rocky you cant keep me down.
Its impossible. I wont allow it

You've said many times that you had to force feed to get to the goals you had set.

Majority of the guys on this board have been there... I'd bet the the majority that have met significant goals will all say they never realized the amount of food it takes for this shit. If I could go back to my younger years, nutrition would be the biggest thing I'd change. It would be one of the FEW things I'd change actually because so many other things were set in place.

I don't want to sound like I'm arguing with you either BTW, bud... Philosophical conversation.

I have had the same thought myself... I had essentially unlimited free access to milk, beef, and fish protein and never had a clue how much I could have made of that.

Bro, this motherfucker aint lacking no nutrition. As you can see hes been eating. Hes lacking fucking heart. Hes mailing it in. Not going thru the struggle. Not stimulating enough muscle. Unwilling to do whats required. That is whats most disturbing to me

I believed I would get fat if I ate too much. Yep.

I was big on grilled chicken salads back then... I thought training hard and eating healthy meant instant muscle. Eating healthy equated to not enough calories... Calories were something I had absolutely no concept of.

My only saving grace was that I was big on protein shakes and I drank enough of them to get a modest calorie surplus.

I was young and knew nothing. It pains me to think of the gains I lost out on. It pains me to see the skinny guys in the gym that tell me what they eat and utter those same words, "I don't want to eat and get fat." If you ever hear of a guy in the Northeast holding down a skinny kid in the gym and forcing cheeseburgers on him, you'll know Eman heard that line one two many times.

I cant remember who wrote it...im thinking Dorian? Cant remember...but an excellent article i read a while back. Basically these young "bodybuilders" carry around their shake all day and eat and get fatter and fatter. But simply they are NOT doing whats required in the gym to warrant such a diet. They are not stimulating the muscle enough. Wish i could find it. I agree with it 100%

Or vice versa. Not doing what's required in the kitchen.

I had a buddy who used to always say "can't be built like a bear if you eat like a bird"

Dunno where he heard that but it stuck with me.

I'm stoked that I can finally eat big again. I was getting worse and worse with digestive issues and would get backed up every time I tried to eat over 3000 kcal.
Turns out I developed an intolerance to eggs.. not allergic, just cant digest them.

Finally eating and pooping like a normal dude!

100%. My advice to most new guys that ask for advice is to not change their volume of food at first. Clean it up and add proper macros but keep the same calories and then work out HARD!! Once they have gotten in shape and reach total potential for that particular calorie intake, begin increasing calories and then reach their potential for that amount of calories. This way they will never get too fat.

Instead I see tons of guys join the gym and start lifting and then immediately increase their calories by some outrageous amount so they can make "gains". Instead of gains, they get fatter because their food intake has not been dialed in to their exercise workload or even worse, they don't even reach a level of exercise that can be called a workload.

Good advice. Diet is 95% and it must match your training goals. It’s all tools in the tool belt for achieving the look you want. There are no shortcuts. It’s a grind day in and day out regardless of PEDs.

With regards to the poor guy truk is currently skull fucking, I 100% agree that there’s no way he’s training hard or eating anything other than the shit normal people eat. No way there’s 250-300 grams of protein with carbs and good fats going into that body 7 days a week.

Training wise it looks more like he’s making it in 1 or 2 days a week and spending most of his time looking at his phone or talking. Straight sets with manageable weight. You can’t hide it. I’m not even going to get into the gear side. Just box up that shit and send to someone on here that’ll actually put it to use.

Laying down the truth without attacking people Trukk. Awesome. I was thinking the same after seeing the pics of this guy. NO WAY he's hitting the iron hard and consistently, period. That plus diet appears to be way off base. Good news is that he can change that right now.

I'll admit...the diet part of this thing we do is hard AF! I still haven't figured it out. Lol

See! You cant fool this guy. He sees it too!

Well I'll give credit where credit is due, @jJjburton at least posted up pics and opened himself up to this criticism.

Now all he has to do is take the advice given and use it.

A lot of times I tell people and myself, that this stuff isn't rocket science. It's not complicated and what's worked for those in the past will still work today (like @Eman suggesting the main barbell movements ).

What I find the situation is most of the time, it's not that people don't know what to do. But they don't know why they aren't doing it. Gotta stop and think and be honest with yourself and say fuck I know what I gotta do, but why am I not doing it? Once you figure that out, it's easy to get back on track, or on track period.

The dudes before pictures are better than his current pictures so somewhere along the way he fell off track. He has a log that he maintains I'll take a look and see if I can pin point anything that stands out to me.

I've seen the before pictures a while back, and I honestly alexpected him to come out with a much better physique had he steadily progressed from that point.

I believe these pics are much much better.

Today I front squatted 225 5 times after taking Wundermpusses advice, with not doing so much reps. I was front squatting 185.

I was doing a lot of reps. But it did work. Right now I have been off test for 6 weeks only doing tren 600 mg a week.

Yeah these pics are definitely better. Keep up the good work, you've built alot of quality muscle on that frame, time to cut though, since u look to be about 16% BF.
I look 16 but I am 14, I did the fit 3d machine at gold gym. It is accurate 90 percent. I just keep a lot on stomach. Cutting? It would look nice, but idk. Ill think about it.

But thanks.

Of course bro, anyway why not cut?
You've got a nice build, and probably be very aesthetic around 210lbs at your 6'1 height. Might even do damage in classic physique...
