I got it too... it only been in the last few years that it’s gotten bad. I get my wife to shave it. I’ve got a Remington manscaper electric razor that does the trick. It works great on arms, legs and back. Got it at Walmart I think.

Flat , depleted , and still pretty soggy from the back but plenty of time to sharpen up the details still . Diet is getting tighter n tighter , but im not completely miserable .... yet lol ..

Thanks bro , appreciate it for sure ! I spent most of the year really hammering out some weird muscle imbalances I had from years of terrible programming lol... definitely Still some things I need to work on , but I can hide most of it pretty well . Thats always a big concern for me is not having any glaring imbalances that draw your eye on stage !Very solid bro, well balanced. Your arms are huge too
Thanks bro , tons of overhead extention variations ! The standard pushdowns , dips , and skull crushers ect . never did anything for me , then I started doing a lot of overhead extentions and they exploded finally , but i spent alot of time spinning my wheels with them lolYour triceps are outstanding Samuilo.
