Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

I just said this the other day somewhere else. Might be my first comp, but I'm training to win, otherwise what's the point? Cost too much for a good time.

Yea man. This may sound mean but there is the girl at my job. She has lost a lot of weight. She trying to do a show in November. She was close last year leaned out nice. Her coach say or you aren’t fit enough. So she’s like I’m doing a show in may. Comes to find out it’s the same show I’m doing. Now I’m 11 weeks out and I’m like damn I’m not ready. If you saw her you’d think she hardly worked out. Her coach put tons of weight on her. Like I’m talking she’s natty and she looks fat. I said are you still doing the show in may a few weeks ago she’s like yep.
Now this is where I had to say something. I wasn’t trying to be an ass. But I said you think you’ll be ready. She’s like yea if not I’ll just do another show later in the year when he thinks I’m ready. I said don’t take tbis the wrong way but are you paying this guy money all year for this diet and prep. She’s like it’s not your business. I told her I’ve done a few shows I know a lot of coaches just rip people off. They don’t care about you. She’s like he’s not ripping me off I trust him. So now this has been a whole year she’s been training with this guy and she looks almost work than she did before she joined him. I said just make sure he’s not using you. She got pissed of course, my point goes to like @jaymaxiuns said. Shit is too expensive to just do it to look good. And don’t get me wrong I give her mad credit for losing the weight but once she got this coach there’s be no progress. I’m doing it to win and I know others do it just to say they did it but I feel bad for the people who have no clue and just get used

Some people just don’t care about winning shows because just being there and not being embarrassed is enough for them. Some of them probably should be embarrassed but they live in their own world and don’t see in the mirror what the rest of us see when looking at them.

I’ve judged a few shows that had me scratching my head at a few competitors. It’s so much worse now with all the woman’s stuff. Local shows filled with fat assess that look like a pair of pantyhose filled with cottage cheese and hamstrings beat with a bag of nickels.

If that chick was all hogged out and lost most of it then he’s got her hooked. She’s just happy to not be fat anymore I suppose.

Naturally it makes no sense to us because none of us are wired to just be average especially when being compared to others in competition. I’ve never been one to believe in participation trophies but some people really are happy with just getting in shape. Losers. Lol.

Hell, I gave the owner of my long time “home gym” (been training there off and on for 25+ years) shit because he put a couple of pics on the “wall of fame” of guys that didn’t even place in their shows. They looked good but they didn’t win so I asked if it was now the “wall of participation”.

Prior to that it was only for those of us that actually won shows. He didn’t really find that funny but it was a slap in the face to those of us that earned that spot on the wall.

Obviously, I got over it and he kept them up there. He does own the place after all. Lol.
 
Well fell off diet a little but it's been a long year on just a cruise. Time to turn the heat on and blast.

Yeah man you look full. Working that size for what its worth. I dont get too caught up with the massive differences in physiques, body types and height characteristics any more. Bottom line is ya look good. And thats what matters. Even if it means you could qualify for the kentucky derby as one of dem munchkin horse jockeys:D

Well said bro. Confidence in what you're bringing to the room is all that matters. Comparing to everyone else is just a recipe for developing mental issues. o_O
 
Rolling into 7 weeks out tomorrow, and feeling pretty good where my conditioning is so far . Probably gonna drop my gh this week because it giving me a hell of a time with water retention , its a generic ive never used before and its fucking me up good with sides. I dont even really feel like I need it at this point anyways . Plus im probably adding in nolva this week on top of my asin to start drying up some of this water too .

I look pretty good for the front but my back is still roll city:oops: ... im still sitting high 2-teens low 220's but i think im closer to 213-14 once I drop some of the excess water.

Training is still great but im gonna start transition over to some more volume and machine work in the next week or two also... Other than that cardio is pretty moderate , liss 45-hr 5 days a week . And Carbs are still pretty high too but I feel like my progress is slowing down a bit , so ill probably start adding in more low carb days with 2 higher days when I train back and legs . Low carb is 100-150g for me so we're not talking keto or anything lol.... Any thoughts or suggestions?

Can someone help me out here, just recieved some raw dbol and weighing them out into capsules. Not using filler, weighing them to 20 mg but 20 mg of raw dbol hardly looks like anything?? It just looks like such a small dose.

Why would you choose this thread, of all threads, to post something brewing related, when we have a section specifically set up for that purpose?

10 weeks tomorrow. Started tren this year early going to try something new.

I think that’s a good choice for you based on what you and I have discussed previously.

I’m predicting you’ll see your best over all look this year compared to previous shows. Keep the gas pedal on the floor bro.

Same goes for everyone else in prep right now. All the pics I’ve seen posted or sent to me show everyone is on point and looking like they should.

I’m feeling a “MESO Biggest” thread domination year on stages all over the US. Dial that shit in guys and make everyone else look like they have no business being on stage with you.
 
9 weeks tomorrow. Had enough prop and mast to start today with the tren I’ve been running for 2 weeks. Focusing now on tightening up the abs, slimming the waist and toning it all in at the right time. Been on stair stepper 3 times a week just 10 min
