5”11 - had a bad hip injury that really set me back from legs but I actually have worked around it this time and I’m hoping I can stay healthy. I’ve put many inches on them just in the past 3 months..

You've definitely got really good lines for classic , and legs look good just gotta fill in a little bit , but For all the more they gotta grow its definitely in reach ! I would just go where you hearts at , because you're gonna be competitive in either division .

I hope you’re right. The goal is much much more mass regardless of what class. I’m basically going with the flow and it is what it is type deal. Eat, and grow.

Hitting about 3500 calories clean a day and cheating twice a week on leg day with burger and fries. 8 weeks out is when me and partner will start adjusting calories. No cardio as of yet either. Trying again to 8 weeks. Last year I did cardio staring 8 weeks out just 10 min 4 times a week on the stair stepper

Your vascularity always looks like someone is straining to take a massive dump. Lol. It’s freaky to say the least and to look that hard without Tren is pretty amazing. Most guys I know that keep that look live on Tren and you have it naturally.

You’re doing it right this time imo. Keeping that extra size has been your nemesis and you’ll be able to stay bigger with this approach but still be in peeled condition. It just takes trusting the process and not panicking thinking you’re not going to be ready. You got it man.
 
I just seen him at the arnold the other day and dude isnt really thst impressive in person . Hes offseason but he was just surprisingly small compared the pics I always see of him ... still 100x better than me dont get me wrong , just not whst I expected ..

Even less impressive is Breon Ansley. That guy looks like he weights about 170 pounds and has 16” arms. But when he’s in shape and on stage his roundness just pops and he has great lines. His waist has got to be 26-27 inches. Literally the size of some female competitors.

Danny Hester is the same also. With clothes in he looks like a 5’5 160 pound guy. But the less clothes he has on the more impressive he looks.

I guess that’s classic in a nut shell. It really is all about shape and classic lines. You can’t train to look like Breon or Hester. It’s just genetics. Ask Arash, poor guy couldn’t buy a 1st place and even went over to Oxygen gym to get better. He’s awesome but he just doesn’t have the look they want.

So it really is just a structure game , and you cant buy that in a bottle unfortunately ... The sad thing is I think this is the closest Arash has been , and it really wasn't even close . Breon beat him pretty much hands down , and im a big Arash fan he's amazing ! But hes just kinda in no mans land , not big enough for open and structure is just slightly off so hes never gonna win the big 2 in classic .

Agree 100%. He just doesn't have the genetic build to beat Breon if they both come in shape.

Breon absolutely owned him from the back. He's got that 3D look and shit popping everywhere tapered down to that little waist and a good sweeping lower body. Arash's waist looks blocky compared to Breon and we all know that is not the case. His lines just don't flow the way Breon's do.

Arash is awesome on his own or against guys that aren't genetically blessed with that classic build. You just cannot produce/build that look Breon has, you are born with it. That's probably the part about classic I don't care for.

At least in bodybuilding you can compete with genetically blessed guys and have a shot at beating them. In classic if you have a guy like Breon and he comes in shape then you just don't have a chance no matter what you do.

I thought in one of his videos he said he was to be around 250-255lbs in off season. I’m actualy surprised he didn’t look big in person.

Hes big dont get me wrong but he's a tall mfr , so hes just kinda a lanky... Arms are blatantly way undersized in comparison to the rest of his physique . And im sure he was sitting 245-250 but because of his height he just looks 20-25lbs smaller than he actually is .. also it wasnt like he was standing around in posing trunks lol , so im sure just like most classic physique guys he looks alot bigger in trunks than in regular cloths.

Finally broke through the 220's sitting 219.6 this morning @ 9 wks and some change out. I feel like im on track though , im leaning out great but the scale isnt changing real fast ! Which is a good thing I guess but i just know im getting closer and its making me more manic about the small shit lol .
