No reason you cant, your doing great, especially with the setbacks you had with the injuries youve had. Gotta have some size if you wanna look great when you lean out. You put on an impressive amount of muscle , keep it up brother !

Last day of my cut
Yeah its been keeping me on my toes for sure. On fri i was at the gym and a 6.9 hit while i was eating. The whole island shook, first time in my life that happened. Pele is deff gearing up, i feel for the families tht have lost their homes. Im about 80 miles away so no worries..... Well not yet [emoji6]
Alright this is it until I have veins visible in my face. 33 more days... 225.7 this morning. 231.8 tonight.
