Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Thats right @rutman , "You cant soar like a eagle if your surrounded by turkeys" . I use people all the time as motivation...;)

And its cool to hear other people use me as motivation , one guy told me the other day that he had seen me in the community gym and asked others how old I was . When he heard 59 he said it didnt believe it and that he was truly inspired to lift . Would I train him....

Im thinking about becoming a free lance weight trainer , looking in on certifications right now . I cant keep hard laboring much longer and I really do like working with people , helping them achieve their goals .

You’d do very well with that endeavor as you got that mindset.

Does it seem like since @Mac11wildcat joined here last year all the Meso "top-dogs" have been busting balls to compete ? Might just be my imagination....

Two guys from gyms I go to local go there pro cards this year in the open. One won heavy weight in North Americans and one won middle weights at USAs.

So when you go to the gym and see 2 guys who just turned pro and less than 35 it def motivates you that’s for sure.

@rutman @Mac11wildcat @fodsod alllll motivate me and on top that are very knowledge and all are willing to help. I’ve reached out and spoke to all of them many times and they off with any advice you may need. That’s why I say I always love Meso most dudes are here to help and legit guys. They don’t talk a bunch of shit or brag how good they are. They are all down to earth and I like that.

When I compete again I will for sure bounce ideas off them. For anyone reading and I appreciate all info ive gotten over the years on here. Thank you

The only way you can get better is to put yourself around people that are better than you are... if not you stay stagnant. You gotta have someone out there to help push you! I think he’s def helped with that by being on here. No doubt!
Thats big Truth , when I was starting training I picked the biggest guy for train with me I developed more muscle I could imagine

That is absolutely true. I used to go to this dungeon of a powerlifting gym and really could push myself. Now I go to LA fitness and well........

Can speak to this.

I’m the biggest lean mass wise in my gym which is cool every now and then...but having a visual goal to chase infront of you every day helps for sure.

I do have a couple super strong PLs in my gym that elevate the mood in the place whenever they’re lifting heavy.

There's another thread asking how far aas (and all other ped's)can take you past your natty genetic potential. I figure there's no better place to do a little scientific research than right here with you beasts.
So, if you could please play along and tell us how far past your genetic potential you've reached by filling in the numbers here.
Genetic muscular potential calculator

I would love to go first but I'm still on the "got a ways to go" side of my potential.
Thanks eh.

This seems crazy accurate for two measurements and height.

~180@10%. I was 165 4yrs in natural. anther 15 +a few in error seems right for a whole life natty. Currently 215ish around 10%.

It had me at 247 at 7% natural. That seems off for me(high). I think my ankle measurement throws it off 11" at smallest pt(size 15 foot). Wrists are 8.25.20190907_112907.jpg
That's 252 about 15% and after taking aas.. I guess I shouldve stayed natural.

Calculators do a poor job of estimating things that are outside statistical norms, usually more than 1 sigma; an 11” ankle is pretty big. As is an 8.25” wrist.

I disagree with your conclusion. I think it's a rare thing to achieve ones genetic potential. So to even reach it is impressive even with the use of peds. I think if we get more ppl to do the math it could give you an idea of how much further past you could go. If you were so inclined.
