Who keeps most gains from Tren?

Is it realistic to be able to keep all gains made with Tren? I am not as concerned about keeping strength gains as much as leaness. My bench press is up to 430 for a single and 315for 15 reps at a bodyweight of 200 lbs. I started with 6 wks of Tren A and then changed to Tren E for 6 wks. Last time my bf was tested it was down to 11%. I will have it checked again soon since i think it is down even more. I am really hoping to be able to maintain this bf level after coming of the Tren E. Any insite would be most appreciated!

i don't care what steroid someone uses, you stay clean long enough and you lose almost everything.its sucks but its also true. most bodybuilders never stay clean long enough to lose that much size. if they did,the suicide rate would sky rocket.

If your over your natural limits then this is true but not if you use AAS to reach natural limits ... If your within natural limits it is possible to keep everything eventually ...

Not unless you change your diet .. If you do everything the same after the cycle then no way in hell will you keep BF as low ... I was eating everything when on Tren and i wasn't gaining anything ... My protein wasn't high as it should have been but i was getting crazy with sweats .. cakes .. icecream and i couldn't even gain fat ... I wasn't really trying to get careless with my diet, but i was hungry all the time so i needed to eat what i had in front of me

IMO tren is one of the drugs that gains are easily kept - I keep them after a tren stacked cycle - or maybe I just do the off cycle thing right

BTW it is possible to keep almost all gains from any cycle if you get over the mental thing of being off - supplement correctly and continue to eat and train smart

anyone who says you cant keep steroid gains is just lazy when they are off cycle

I think alot depends on your hormonal levels after you come off. If you crash hard and your body can't keep half decent testosterone levels you will get fat and lose muscle almost no matter what you do. If you can recover quickly and your normal testosterone levels are ok AND you are very disciplined diet and exercise wise, you can probably keep yourself pretty close..... tren is a bit of a drug that spoils you because you can eat like a pig and still shed fat it seems.

Tren is also a drug that can change body composition so dramatically that you can maintain a changed physique after you come off.

So after you have been clean for 2 years how much of the gains did you keep???

bro it all depends on where your at with your natural limits and your training/diet when your off aas ... but yes you should keep most of your gains

Steroids do not give you permanent gains.

Are you trying to make a name for yourself as the guy who who always makes incorrect posts? If so, it's working. Particularly well in the training forum, but you're doing pretty well here, too. ;)

Bodyfat is the easiest thing to maintain. In fact, you can even improve upon your current levels. Control your diet and the bodyfat will not be an issue. From personal experience, I can tell you that copious quantities of beer will not help you stay lean. ;)

So don't drink much, keep a food log and control your diet and you'll be even leaner than you are now, if you so choose.

You don't have to beg son, and begging wont help you because your wrong and have no proof to back up your claim.

looks like myself and most vets here would like to like to disagree with you as well. Just keep hanging around meso and you may learn a thing or two ;)

I rarely drink alcohol and when I do it's only one or two. I prefer pills :D What is it about Tren that you can get away with eating like a pig and still lose bf? The stuff is the best!

Sorry son but look at the pros when they retire almost all shrink down to nothing within a few years and many are still lifting. I love how you say I am wrong and don't offer any proof of it....typical hater who knows nothing. I bet you also think taking asprin once will give you permanent headache relief...LMAO.
