Mast was killing my Joints, so I dropped it on Saturday and my weight crept up the past few days since I dropped it. Also the test is kicking in and I gain weight pretty quickly on test even with estro controlled . I might use Mast a few times a week as an AI since it definitely had that effect on me and quick too. Popped 10mg of halo before training today. Not sure I got much out of it, strength wise, Bench is still trash. I did really have to leave the gym but wanted to keep lifting. I was tempted to turn around and go back the whole drive home. So if anything it gives some fucking stamina, so it should be great for meet day.
 
I feel it but just not the way everyone describes. Maybe I do need a bigger dose. I also took it about 45 min before I lifted and maybe that wasn’t long enough

I wait about an hour after halo to lift. I eat a huge breakfast, so maybe that makes it take longer.

Taper has started for deadlift. Sunday will be my last heavy Squats. Keeping bench volume up by throwing it in with every session. Feeling pretty good. Test is starting to hit. Weight is coming back down. Cleaned up my diet.
 
Pioneer Lillibridge 3m wraps came in yesterday. very similar to the Elitefts Patriot, a bit thicker and a tad softer but heavier. Screwed around with them in the living room , actually feel easier to hit depth with just bw. I may play around with them at the gym this weekend but pretty sure I’ll use the patriots for the meet. Got a nice tax return. Probably pick up more wraps, lol. Thinking the Pioneer phantoms and the elite FTS Tridents are next. I may have to put a cap on it at that point. At some point I’m gonna have to do a review on all of them.
Body Weight is at 218 this morning. Just from cutting bread and pasta and packing my meals for the day. Lowered carbs a bit, I dropped 5 pounds in the last 4 days. I’ll maybe have a cheat this weekend just to keep from dropping weight too fast.

Took 10mg of Halo, 200 mg caffeine, 81 mg aspirin pre workout. Used the Pioneer Lillibridge Wraps and they were awesome. Was planning on just using them for a warm up set and switching to the EliteFTS Patriots but they felt so good I just kept using them. Smoked 505 and probably had another 10 or 20 lbs in me. Decided to call it there and save it for the meet. Bench felt good and Depending how the next few weeks go, I may start using a higher rep scheme to see how I respond. I know that increased frequency of benching didn’t do shit for me with lower reps and increasing intensity with less frequency actually caused me de training. So after the meet I’ll be making some changes.

Also had bloods done before I started this blast and had high-ish HCT at 51 and blood pressure check since I started this blast. I was 162/85. Not fucking good. On or Off blast I’ve been steady increasing over the last 2 years. Probably gonna have to donate blood and make some diet changes or end up on BP meds. The hematocrit was hopefully a fluke since I haven’t been above 47 in the past couple years, also could’ve been from my last meet blast which was longer and a higher dose

Yea, walkout was a bit difficult in wraps but once I got the weight about halfway down I knew I had it. Might shoot for around 520 at the meet. Was already adding up my projected 3rd attempts and figuring out how to get a 1400 lb total,lol

Celery seed extract in the mean time.
There is a really great thread about it somewhere, will really drive that BP down naturally.

Bench is a slight improvement but not much. Able to keep my ass down and squeeze the pad with my thighs. 314 was a bit of a grinder but was able to do it twice. It’s gonna be a fucking hell of a fight for that 1400 lb total

Fatigue is better but not completely gone. Carbed up a bit yesterday, was tired of feeling like shit. I’m a few lbs over, I may sit in the sauna for a while tomorrow evening. I’ll be doing very little carbs tomorrow. Work out was just to get some blood moving to achy areas. Did some stretching and rolling out stuff as well. Have been stretching but not much else and felt tight in shoulders and low back.
 
Kept Carbs pretty low yesterday and monitored my weight. Cut water off at 12pm but kept eating. Hit the sauna for 30min yesterday evening. Sweat off about 2 lbs. woke up and had 9 hard boiled egg whites and a half cup of coffee.

I was the first one at the weigh in. Weighed in at 98.5kg so 217 in socks underwear and a T shirt. I probably could have skipped the sauna and drank more water last night. This is also a test for me to see about the weight cutting process and how it affects my performance.

Currently mowing down pancakes and an omelette in an effort to be about 225-230 tomorrow

Supposed to be 2 flights, about 32 lifters
