****Update****

Today marks the last tren shot until it's cut season. I have always been backwards and bulked in the summer and cut in the winter, time to change it around.

The bulk will most likely be :

1.5G test E
1.5G EQ
800mgs Deca Dura.
50mg's/ day injectable dbol.
5 ius/ day of Grey Tops HGH


I want to hit 260 lbs this winter. I stepped on the scale at 236 today, I don't think it's impossible.

This won't be some dirty BS bulk where I eat pizza and shit all day. Hoping to accomplish it with lots of clean foods.... Thanks for joining me in the next chapter of this journey.

It all starts tomorrow (minus the grey tops, those mother fuckers are taking forever to show up).

236 lbs yesterday, YAY!

Yesterday was the first GOOD workout I've had in about a week. What the fuck... Tren has been out of my system for a few days now, starting to sleep a little better and appetite it picking up. Tren is funny, you know after a month or two of not running it, you miss it. A month or so into running it, you remember what you disliked about it. It's sort of like getting back with an ex, over and over again.

I've gotta hand it to @Darius PharmacomStore 's injectable Dbol, pumps yesterday were skin tearing. Currently still at 1.5G's of test, I won't crank it to 2G's until I am running higher GH. I've never been this high on test before, I am starting to look "blockier", for lack of a better term (especially in my arms). EQ still cruising at 1G, I know a lot of guys crank EQ up to 2G's during a bulk, I am not sure I can physically handle that hunger.

Yesterday was Bi's and Tris'-

Warmup of standing straight bar curls paired with tricep rope push downs.

Reverse grip tricep pull downs SS to standard/close grip- 15-10, 10-8, 8-8 -> 12-10

Rope hammer curls- 20, 12, 10, 6 ->10

Tricep dips (tried to NOT use my chest)- 20, 15, 15, 12

Standing bicep curls- 8, 8, 8

Tricep kickbacks - 12, 10, 10 -> 15

Heavy straight bar curls (wider grip)- 10, 8, 6,

Reverse grip bar curls - 25, 20, 15, 10

Overhead tricep press- 20, 15, 12, 8

Wide grip -> narrow grip curls on seated low row- 12-10, 10-8, 10-8 DS -> 12-10

Seated calf raise - 25, 20, 15, 15

Calf extensions on leg press- 15, 15, 12, 10

Finished up with some meatloaf and mashed potatoes as my PWO meal, overall good workout and meal. I felt great.

Hoping those damn Grey Tops hurry up and arrive!

Well, I have decided to start hitting legs 2 times a week. One day will be a lot of isolated movements with the leg press and hack squat. The other will be all bar exercises, mainly GVT on deads and squats. 1 day hasn't allowed my legs to keep up with the rest of my body, and sometimes I don't have the will or the time to do a 3 hour leg day, so it's time to split. Plus, the squat racks in my gym are a fucking joke M-F, I'm not waiting 45 minutes for one...

Yesterday was machines, which I more or less dislike but have had successful results from, so I use them. For the first time in recent memory I worked out next to a chick who intimidated me. I'm not a misogynist by any means, although I will make jokes at their expense ;) ... However, this girl was so strong, cut up and actually had a pretty face (I've found most physique/BB/Bikini chicks have beat faces, and are controlling what they can and are building a better body) that my mind blew a fuse. I wanted to take a picture of this chick's legs for you guys, but, my anti-creep alarm went off.... Haha. Anyway, she was doing basically the same circuit I was, and I found myself actually working harder than normal, which was a plus.

I find this routine to be rather, uh, dull but here it is:

Warmup on leg extensions and hammy curls

Leveraged Squat Machine- 15, 10, 8, 6, 6 DS ->12

Leg Press, alternate wide and high foot placement and narrow and low- 12, 10, 8 and a giant drop set of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 (this was unreal, seriously, it's been a while since I've done anything this hard).

Leg extensions (we have 3 variations, there is one that has some gimmicky name like "Ultimate Leg Extension" that fucking murders me beyond belief)- 12, 10, 8, 6, 3 (lee priest pyramid has always worked for me here)

Hammy curls- 12, 10, 8, 6, 3, 1

Calf raises- 2 sets, both are 25 reps wide followed by 15 reps narrow

Calf presses on leg press- 3 sets of 20

Ab rope pull downs - 30, 25, 20, 12

Weight decline sit ups- 15, 12, 15

Hanging leg raises - 10,12, 10

OUT!

Pulled pork w/ balsamic glaze and steamed asparagus for dinner. Fuck I am sore today.
 
Oh, and no insulin. I thought about it. I talked about it with a lot of trusted individuals (mainly trainers, athletes and people in between both), and it's just not really interesting to me. Will it put on size, fast? Yeah. Do I think I can run it safely? Yes. Is it worth the risk of having a distended gut? No.
 
Did you ramp everything down for a bit? What has your cruise looked like as far as doses and length. Just curious man.
I lowed to test down to 1G for a bit, but at this stage in the game I'm familiarized with my body, and I want to hit a bulk REALLY hard this winter. Then, I'll take a cruise break for a bit, then cut.

I was just curious. Not worried about your health per se. Just seems like you would need to run higher doses.
 
I just know for me I start getting diminishing results unless you keep upping it. But I'll be watching how it plays out.

I totally agree. That's why I might keep the test still at 1.5G until I don't seem to be getting any bigger from it. The other dilemma, though.... Is that I don't want to WISH I had run more test half way Thru the cycle.... Hmm
 
Is the EQ form darius good?
I agree with keeping the test at 1.5 g. How many test cycles have you run with test. This would determine "tolerance".
Also if you switched to cyp from ent would that make the way your body would react to test change. Or is the "Test" part of the comound what keeps track of tolerance(if you understood that.

Some people swear by changing the ester. But it's really just bullshit. Test is test. Chances are, being that it's ugl and the concentration isn't known. That could cause someone to think this. Maybe someone else knows more than me about it. But it sounds like broscience
