***UPDATE***
Fuck guys, I still just can't get out of my funk. Still feeling like shit, running at 50% for the last week. Everyone in the office is various stages of sick, I have been on the edge of REALLY sick for a few days, irritating. Sometimes I struggle with these situations, do I power though and workout, or take it easy? Hmm.
Oddly enough, I am still waking up looking marginally better everyday. Diet has been more or less clean throughout this down period, so that's helped. The gym has been weird, my strength has been pretty impressive, but my endurance has been fucked. I feel hot and tired after about 40 minutes, get frustrated, and leave. It's really unlike me to do that....
