Nice, is that from the medvet site? 27g probably wouldn't be too bad and more than half the cost.

Problem I have is all my syringes are luer lock and the BD needles are a regular syringe attachment. I had to order new syringes as well.
 
Yep, never ordered from them before. We'll see how it goes, GPZ has always been so fast, I hate places like medvet that force you to use UPS....

GPZ is my regular too. I got track notification from medvet day after order placed. T/a is about 7-10 days.
 
Nope, just the middle per Palumbo's suggestion. Apparently, the pinning of all 3 heads is just a way to sell more oil. According to DP, you just need the big/middle one...

Also, fuck pinning the lowest arrow... Fuck it's sensitive in there.

And that spot you mention being sensitive on the inner tri, its also a really fun place to get inked as well [emoji6]

You're telling me, I have both sides done up to my armpits, it BLOWS. The ditch is still my least favorite, by far.

In the last 6 or so weeks I've put on a respectable amount of quality mass, in my opinion. So, I've decided today to do a "mild" cut until I blast myself silly with deca, test and dbol for our bulk in August. So, if you'd like, follow along!

It's going to be simple, lowish test, the rest of my component tren @700 or so a week, albuterol, T4 and GH. If I can get my hands on some var or winny raws, they will be invited to the party. No masteron for me, I'm sick of my hair falling out with it.

Macros will be about 450p, 300 carbs (trickle down to maybe sub 150 as I progress and cardio increases) and the fats I'm going to sort of play it by ear and see how I'm looking as I eat a lot of red meat.

Training will be 5 days of lifting and 1 cardio session in the early stages, working up to maybe 3 or 4 a week. Some low intensity, some HIIT. With the tren, I imagine low intensity will make up the bulk of the cardio.

Currently at 234lbs, if I can lean down to a real solid and hard 215 or so I'd be impressed.

Today is day 1, started off with 1 cc of tren ace and we're off to the races! It's cardio day today, no weights. I'll try and hit 20 minutes HIIT on the stairmaster followed by 20 minutes on an incline treadmill at medium pace.

Gotta try the game fuel brother! #1, can't be beat! I use it as a cheat meal sometimes... When I see a case at the store, I gotta get it... Goes into the extra fridge that's hidden, or i'd kill the case in a day :O
 
Feeling pretty good today, here is yesterday's wrap up-

Egg white shake- 50p, 18carbs
.5lbs deli turkey- 45p
1lb of 93/7 ground beef w/ 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp A1 sauce, 1tsp Worcestershire- 100p, 10g carbs
3 chicken kabobs- 40p
.5lbs turkey- 45
1 RX Bar- 12p 32carbs (pre workout)
Egg white shake- 50p, 18 carbs
Chipotle steak & chicken bowl- 75p 84carbs

Add it up- 417p, 162carbs. I didn't count fat or calories yet, we will see if I need to adjust.

Training-
20 minutes on the stairmaster HIIT Ben Pakulski Style, 2 minutes medium intensity, 1 minute high intensity, 2 minutes medium, etc. etc.
10 minutes high incline treadmill at 2.5mph

Standing calf raise machine 10 reps, 10 second stretch
-Supersetted with-
Seated calf raise 25 reps. 4 rounds total.

Hanging leg raises for 20-25 reps
-Supersetted with-
Rope pulldowns for 20 or so reps. 4 rounds total.

Felling great, excited to hit arms today and bump up the carbs a bit pre and post workout.

Hey WP, just FYI, I found it much easier to just use a 25G 1" with the Syntherol. Those 27's you picked up will probably work good but 30G is just too small, takes way too long to pin.
