What's up guys?
In the last 6 or so weeks I've put on a respectable amount of quality mass, in my opinion. So, I've decided today to do a "mild" cut until I blast myself silly with deca, test and dbol for our bulk in August. So, if you'd like, follow along!
It's going to be simple, lowish test, the rest of my component tren @700 or so a week, albuterol, T4 and GH. If I can get my hands on some var or winny raws, they will be invited to the party. No masteron for me, I'm sick of my hair falling out with it.
Macros will be about 450p, 300 carbs (trickle down to maybe sub 150 as I progress and cardio increases) and the fats I'm going to sort of play it by ear and see how I'm looking as I eat a lot of red meat.
Training will be 5 days of lifting and 1 cardio session in the early stages, working up to maybe 3 or 4 a week. Some low intensity, some HIIT. With the tren, I imagine low intensity will make up the bulk of the cardio.
Currently at 234lbs, if I can lean down to a real solid and hard 215 or so I'd be impressed.
Today is day 1, started off with 1 cc of tren ace and we're off to the races! It's cardio day today, no weights. I'll try and hit 20 minutes HIIT on the stairmaster followed by 20 minutes on an incline treadmill at medium pace.
