It's super thin, I think it's a copy of Palumbo's Painless Pumps, but this shit hurts like Satan's cock the next day. I have some Syntherol on the way, hoping that is less painful. This is about an 8.5/10 PIP wise.

I'm not sure I will be logging this, as it might be a one and done sort of thing, this shit hurts man. I will try the synthetek when it arrives and see if it's better. (We will see if it arrives, as they charged my card but didn't send me a receipt or confirming email like they have in the past... :/ )

For tris you do 3ccs into the big head 3x a week for 3 weeks, then 3ccs 2x a week for another month or two (depending on how long you wanna go for).

As an update, triceps still hurt like SHIT... They look fucking giant though, really really full... Either way, I will try the Syntherol when it arrives... If the PIP is comparable, I may be done trying this whole synthol thing. There are no lumps, redness or anything unusual, just feels like really nasty test. prop. or something.

The PIP for me was about 4/10 with the syntherol on the first pin. I chalked it up to virgin pinning spots because a few pins later and the PIP is reducing dramatically. What gauge pin are you using? Syntherol will flow through a 30g no problem. I found some 30g 1" online which work perfectly.

I used a 25g 1"... That was the recommended size by Dave Palumbo, so I went with it.

Nope, just the middle per Palumbo's suggestion. Apparently, the pinning of all 3 heads is just a way to sell more oil. According to DP, you just need the big/middle one...

Also, fuck pinning the lowest arrow... Fuck it's sensitive in there.
