Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

Glad it wasnt more serious Wunder, last thing you need is a pec tear. Even though its feeling better, i would still give it plenty of recovery time cause it could still be a tear waiting to happen.
I know what your talking about with the short fuse thing. Tough to deal with when you know your being mean or getting mad at your loved ones but it flares up so quick you cant stop it. I really hate being like that. Rt now im cruising on 100mg cyp and my GH and i feel waaaaay better. Temper is under control and mentally i feel very positive and happy. I think you gotta take a break every now and then and let the body reach homeostasis for a while, At least IME.

I know man, I'm gonna let the chest rest another 3 weeks or so, maybe with light stretching and some DB pumping... No dips or heavy bench for a bit. I tried to do tricep dips on tuesday and I thought I was gonna puke from the pain of it engaging my pec.... Fuck it hurt! It feels A LOT better today... Like I said, I believe the GH is helping a ton!

It's been a little while since I posted in this thread, so I figure it's due for an update!

My life has really mellowed out, and I'm feeling a lot better both physically and mentally. My head has REALLY been in the right place for the past 5 or so days, man it feels good to feel good, if ya know what I mean!

Lifting has been on the "lower" end of intensity for the last week or so, and will be until Saturday of this week. It's more or less a cool down period before I hit the next 12 or so weeks with absolute savagery. Diet has been pretty clean still, no more 10K challenges in the near future... No soft weight put on so far, and actually hovering around 224lbs and looking pretty good I feel.

I've been lifting much heavier than I have in the past few months, keeping most stuff around the 6-8 rep range, with a few odd mixes thrown in. A lot of focusing on pause reps, which I always forget make shit SO hard.

How's everyone elses training going?
- Any current hiccups?
- One area lagging behind?

How's the diet going for you guys? I imagine a lot of you are cutting up for summer right now?
 
Feel for you brother. It never just rains, it fucking pours. I've had a similar couple of months.

Just gotta keep grinding at it and stay positive. Only gets better from here, right?

Pec feels better, it is on its way for sure. It was a bit tight when I was flat benching the other day, but nothing too bad. I still won't go heavy with it, especially on free weights, for a bit longer...

I know EXACTLY what you mean by " it fees good to feel good" if i stay on blast to long i start feeling like utter SHIT. Been on cruise 100mg cyp and 2 iu GH and i feel great, both mentally and physically.
Training is going great to, pumps are insane strength is good, kinda shocking really as i never felt this good off cycle before. Im thinking that adding the GH is a game changer. BTW you have any idea how long one should run GH before taking a break ? And how long that break should be?
Dits great, ran out of the GH pens so now im having to draw fron the vials and pin with slins and was shocked when i tried to pinch some belly fat and wasnt nothin there[emoji41] fuck i love GH[emoji4]
Still haven't tried that second leg WO you posted, its a beast and i haven't had the guts to try it yet, but im gonna.

Currently in week one of my "bulk" / maintenance phase before we hit the shit hard in mid-August. I wanted to try another John Meadows plan, so I'm doing Creeping Death. He claims it's the hardest program he's ever done, in the 20 or so programs he has. Wow. Here we go!

So far, it's been pretty tough. I've done routines/combos i've never seen or tried before, I love new shit. I've been eating like a horse, hoping to not add too much soft weight here.

I brewed up some anadrol/dbol blend last night, gonna run that for a few weeks and see what it's like.

What're you guys listening to at the gym right now? During my most recent chest day it was The Satanist, by Behemoth. Those guys know how to get me in the zone, man!

I wanna hear what album or artist is getting your pumped!

Thats some of my shit. I think an ocean between us was their best album though. And it kind of pisses me off that the lead singer decided to start lifting and get big, then decided to hire a hitman to kill his wife and blamed it on steroids when he got busted...

No doubt! Wish they could have made more albums. He got big pretty quick though. An Ocean Between Us is a great album too.

Haha, that's what my girlfriend literally calls me, "mad scientist".

Trying the drol/dbol blend today. Actually just pinned it. Was a tad bit unpleasant feeling, but I also stuck it in my front delt, which I really hate shooting in.
 
Man a new blend in the front delt for a tester shot you are my hero! that's got to be an insane rep and strength building combo though if it runs smooth for ya.
