Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

Correction, just noticed I said I smoked 11 years. I started when I was 15 and didn't quit till I was 33. That's 18 years. Also I'm not completely done with tobacco just yet. I had tried Chantix and it made me weird as fuck so I quit that. I quit smoking by switching to dipping. I figured if I could get off the cigs that it should be a lot easier to quit dipping since I haven't even been doing that 6 months where I smoked for almost 2 decades. Thanks for the support but I'm not completely out of the woods yet but I'm thankful I put the cigs down. I smell people that smoke now and it's disgusting.
Taper off the dip and then you will be golden

Nicotine is hard dude. In the same boat as you, but I switched to vaping. The difference is astounding though, no tar, stink, or trash. And I don't get that poisoned feeling like when I was smoking, I never even realized how shitty I felt until I stopped.

But yeah, it's tough. I've kicked everything else under the sun, and this is kicking me. But don't discount the progress you've made, putting the coffin nails down is definitely a big step.

I thought about going that route but all people that vap have that dildo glued to their lips all day. They think they can smoke them anywhere which is annoying. Also the enormous smoke cloud that they make is ridiculous. I'm sure there better then cigs but honestly no one knows yet cause they haven't been around that long but I bet after 20 years are so they will say there just as bad.

Lol. I can't stand the fuckers that think they can vape inside. It just strikes me as fucking rude. Like they think they've found some smarmy fucking loophole or something.

They'll probably come out as being pretty unhealthy in the end. The lack of industry regulation right now is what's bad. Have to be really careful with what juices you buy, as there aren't any guidelines for them. But I tried quitting with dip, snus, patches, lozenges and gum. Nothing stuck. This has been doable. About to cold turkey it all together, but I can't take any time off work until the damned holiday season is over. Figure I'm going to have to do like everything else, and lock myself in for a few days to get it out of my system.

I'm not joking when I say that there should be some sort of rehab for nicotine. Smoking is the leading cause of death in this country...or is it obesity. ..whatever, it's first or second and it's the hardest habit to break. I quit smoking crack easier than I did tobacco. There should be some kind of 7 day, 14 day detox rehab with support for quitting.

Oxy and blow were nothing compared to the amount of work I've put in trying to get off them. It's the accessibility man. Every store you go to. Alcohol is tough for the same reason, but it was never that all day all the time need like nicotine. And you can't usually just bum a beer off every other coworker at any given time. . .

Just celebrated 4 years clean off the crack back in August. Couldn't kick the cigs though. They compare it to heroin.

Smoking is the number 1 cause of heart disease. Im always getting on friends and family who smoke, they get irritated but i tell them that if i didnt care about them i wouldnt say shit. Course its easy for me to say, i smoked one cig in my life hated it and never smoked again. And i dont allow anyone to smoke in my trucks, and its kinda funny when we take a long ride cause i can see their jonesing hard.

First off...congrats on quiting smoking. It takes a very determined an head strong person (which you indeed are) to quit those toxic lil bastards. Your lungs will thank you lol. So what's your go to for dippin? I gotta have my Grizzly Longcut Wintergreen. I know what you mean by other people stinking like nasty ass stale smellin cigs. I can walk into Walmart an literally smell someone from 20ft away stinking like that shit. They say dipping is disgusting do to us spitting an what not but atleast that nasty ass smell doesn't get inbeded in our clothes, hair, an skin. Imo that is way more disgusting than carrying around a spit bottle any day of the week!!!!

Copenhagen winter green. Tried the pouches at first but they just didn't do it for me. Now I'm on long cut.

Ya I dont care for the pouches either. I need more nicotine lol. I dont like fine cut either. That shit goes everywhere an I cant never seem to get it to pack. Plus I lile to move mine from side to side in my mouth to keep my cheeks an gums from getting to raw. Cant do that with fine cut unless I want it to all come apart everywhere...ughhh. Nothings worse than swallowing that shit lol.

What's up guys?!

A brief little update for you guys, starting today I will be pinning sustanon 250 as I was talking about earlier. Along with that I figure 100mg's/day NPP and 900MG's EQ per week.

I am actually feeling REALLY good lately. People have been saying a lot of compliments about my size and leanness, it's a huge motivator. Scale is stuck at ~245 right now, and I'm not really that upset with it.... I LOOK bigger everyday and still can see my abs pretty well. I've gotta say, cycling carbs on a "bulk" has been pretty effective for me... Also, insulin pre workout for arms and legs has really helped add some size to them. I really don't want to become dependent on using insulin, but 12iu's pre workout for those 2 days has done a lot for me.

I have been following John Meadows' pre workout meal too, it's simply cream of rice (cooked) with a TBS of All Natty (lol) Peanut Butter and a squirt of Hershey's. It gives me a ton of energy and I don't feel full or like shit. Eat it an hour pre workout.

Hand numbness from the GH has actually been causing a bit of problems for me on back day. I struggle to get a really tight grip on the bar, and I'm forced to use wraps sometimes... Oh well, there's a cost for EVERYTHING, right?

John Meadows' program week 3 has been great. Incorporating bands lately as well as partials and forced reps.. Really getting interesting and VERY difficult. My physical response has been unreal.

As a wrap up-

John Meadows is a god and his programs are worth the $$$
Insulin= good way to bring up lagging body parts
Current cycle-
2100MG's of Sustanon 250
700MG's of NPP
900MG's EQ
5 iu/ day Grey Tops

I am trying to not overcomplicate the fuck out of this. Daily I think "well what if I added tren, or dbol, or adrol, or tbol, or masteron, or _____?!" and it drives me nuts.

I am never happy with where I am, I am never satiated. I suppose that is what drives us to something far greater than we realize...

Congrats and keep going...gains still to be made :)

You would be as big as mands at that weight ahaha

I myself been motivated by you and the others here, and starting to see improvement.
I love to hear that I have provided an ounce of positivity to your life. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do.

Also, gents, highly recommend adding this to your back day (I like version 1)-

I have to wonder here if the "range of motion" is much different then heavy one-arm DB rows ? Looks pretty much the same to me ...

It does look the same, I agree! I thought the same thing, until I tried it. You feel a much better stretch and it's easier to balance and execute your form properly.

Also, your core engages a fair bit on this lift, and the grip on this lift is WAY fatter than on a DB.... It's tough, try it, don't judge it on how it "looks".

Only prob is I have no T-bar at my home-gym , nor does my gym in town . I use to love doing T-bar rows , guess I better build one ...;)
