Okay, update time!
Yesterday was day 1 of John Meadows Omega Beam program. Fuck, it's harder than the other one so far LOL. I amped up the volume per his recommendation. For example, if it's 3 sets of 8, I'll do 4 sets of 10.... Got a killer pump even without any carbs or insulin, I did sip on a Gatorade during the lift, I just needed it. No cardio yesterday, I will start w/ cardio 3 days a week, abs EOD and calves EOD and work up from there as needed. This isn't a "building" phase, this is a maintain and cut phase... Yuck.
Anyway, got 100mls of tren a from Component ready to go. I upped it to 150mg's a day yesterday, god help me. I was running fine on 100mg's for a little over a week. Cardio is IN THE SHITTER though... Masteron is hopefully arriving sometime this week, some issues with Pharmacom and that god damn Chinese holiday or whatever. Things seem good with these new black tops from TP, 7 ius/day still. No insulin for a few months.
Carbs will be adjusted as needed. Right now it's about 2 days little to no carbs, 1 day medium carbs, 1 day high-ish then back down to low...
