Well that was the first full night's sleep I've had in a while, didn't wake up until 4:30, and then managed to sneak in another 45 minutes before I was up for good!

Going to bed with a full belly of yummy pork and some tortillas really helped me pass the fuck out. Mood is much better today too!

Curious to see how the 10ius of GH treats me, I am still worried a bit about intestinal growth, can anyone comment on that?

I don't think intestinal growth comes from just HGH use alone. I think it comes from a combo of slin, HGH, IGF ect.

the medical field uses your dose of HGH on kids that have stunted growth. those kids do not have pot bellies.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Mine was pretty solid, a lo of sleeping and eating, so it was fucking awesome!

Wanted to pop in and give some updates as well as throw in a workout for you guys.

Tren is running nicely at a gram, I'm acclimating much better to it than the first few weeks, fuck it was rough. Masteron is at 700 mg's (maybe a bit more as I pull another 1/4cc into the syringe as it fits). Test. enan is at 1 gram. EQ has just been introduced at 900mg's. GH is at 10iu/ day. T4 is 200mcgs.

I am hardening up FAST! Very happy with this run, I've been pretty good about my diet too, which just makes everything easier. Mood and morale are really good the past few days. The best way I can describe how I feel right now is balanced, everything is just running nicely.

I am going to order some injectable carnitine. I will be running 200mg's pre workout with 8iu Humalog, this is John Meadows suggestion. I will let you guys know how that goes when I get started. Injectable B12 complex arrived today, excited to start running that again.



Since we all like working chest and shoulders, here's the chest and shoulders routine from Saturday:

Flat dumbbell press- Plenty of warm up sets working your way up to doing sets of 8. Keep going up in weight until you can barely get 8. Take them to 3/4 lockout to ensure tension. Once you find your 8 rep max, do 3 sets total of 8.

Incline barbell- Heavy sets of 6. Lower the bar slowly to about 1" above your chest then explosively drive it up. Same as the other lift, work up to 6, then 3 working sets of 6.

Dips- Shoot for 4 sets of 8. If you can do more than 12 reps with bodyweight, add a plate and belt as needed.

Stretch pushups- I do these between two aerobics step up platforms, about 5-6" up.


Machine rear dealts / reverse pec deck- Simple sets of 15, 3 working sets and squeeze each rep for 1 second.

Smith machine front press- 3 sets of 10, lower down slowly and drive up like the incline bench. The bar should be about right above your nose, not too far out as we don't want to hurt our rotator cuffs!

Barbell front raises - 3 sets of 12, raise the bar a few inches above your head.

Abs-
4 sets of hanging leg raises, 4 sets of rope pulldowns. I sort of super set them.

Well, that was the exact workout I did with 2 partners. They were fucking murdered by it, as was I.... Highly recommend it.

You're welcome to try the training suggestions I post. I know a few guys here do and really have enjoyed them. They're almost all of John Meadows plans, so it's good shit.

Okay, so I shot my first B12 shot today (first in about a year) and it went smoothly. I forgot how nice pinning water based shit is! Hoping this helps keep the appetite and energy level up with the tren.

Had an excellent and extremely challenging back workout yesterday. Today my lats feel like the were bashed by a meat tenderizer or something... Ouch.

I'm going to order the injectable carnitine today. The plan is to run it w/ 8iu Humalog 30 minutes pre workout for 2 weeks, then drop the Humalog and continue to run the carnitine (200mg's/day).

Here's the back day-

Supinated pulldowns- Okay, so I'm very fortunate and my gym has a machine for this. If you do not, grab a D handle and put it on the lat pulldown. Do one side at a time, I try and focus like I'm bringing my elbow past my hip while trying to keep my chest up and out, and my back straight. Honestly, I prefer this on the lat pulldown machine, but for time's sack and ease of use I went with the machine. Do 3 sets of 10, and on the 4th set do 10 with 10 more partials out of the top. If you don't feel this in your lower lat, you're doing something wrong and reevaluate your form.

Wide grip pulldowns- Normal grip (palms facing away from you/ pronated grip). 3 sets of 8 and a 4th set with 8 partials out of the top! I LOVE this movement, I just feel it throughout the whole lat!

Dumbell pullovers- Man, this one is still tough for me to really good a good mind-muscle connection with, I have to go super light (no more than 40lbs) or I start to use my chest and shoulders. 3 sets of 12.

One arm barbell rows- This may be the best overall movement for thickening and widening your back, I just fucking love it. Stretch those lats real deep, 6 sets of 10... Yes, these will be hard. .

Face pulls- 3 sets of 12, squeeze your lower traps and rhomboids.

Banded hyperextensions- If you don't have bands, hold some weight in your hand. 2 sets of 40 reps.

Abs!-
4 sets of hanging leg raises (12 or so reps, if you can do more hold a DB in between your feet)
-Supersetted with-
4 sets of decline sit ups (to failure)

I was thinking about how it could be interesting, and really keep morale, diet, working out etc at an all time high... I like Rich Piana's idea of a community system, although I think his drug usage is fucking reckless and stupid, the idea of working together towards a common goal is interesting.

Who would be interested to jump in and start their bulk august 1st with me, we can do it as a team, talk about the diet, the lifts, drugs, what the fuck ever you want? I am going to tag some people who I think would be a ton of fun to work together with, don't let your feelings get hurt if you're not tagged, all are welcome!

We can start a new thread where we post our workouts, food, logs etc. as well if people are interested.

What's up guys?! So, I was thinking this morning about my bulk.... I was planning to start August 1st. I was thinking about how it could be interesting, and really keep morale, diet, working out etc at an all time high... I like Rich Piana's idea of a community system, although I think his drug usage is fucking reckless and stupid, the idea of working together towards a common goal is interesting.
