You can ask for over 1500 test level though... Ok nice sorry man just asking

No need to apologize, doc called and said the Total test was over 1500 which is where her chart stops. I did not ask for anything more as I know my pre-level position. Nonetheless my script was not refilled. Haha.

I know my blood wo4k probably doesnt mean much given im the supplier, but ill post my last results at some point today as well.

I know I've been killing it on my shipping turn around. If you guys are pleased with how quickly things are getting to you and the ordering process please post about it. The quality will continue to show itself over the next couple weeks, but I'd love to see/hear more if I'm making you guys happy. Good posts=more business. More business=me keeping promos going because volume is coming.

Im not begging for business, just asking that all the good stuff I read through pm's and emails gets posted.

Thanks guys, I really am enjoying the high standards here and the caliber of members present. This has got to be one of the best places to build a name and I'm enjoying the opportunity to mold/expand my reputation here.

Kane, was it LabCorp?

Does anyone know if all LabCorp reports stop at >1500? And does Quest always give exact reading?

No I always go to a LabCorp location and I always get the real number when I do the female hormone panel. I believe it depends on which location your sample gets sent to for testing.

Through Private MD Labs - The female hormonal panel, which is the most popular one used by members here because it measures T levels AND estradiol (estrogen), stops at 1,500.

You can, however, order the following test which will give you an exact number and has no upper limit.

Code:

I have never ordered this test, but the lady at their corporate 800# told me it gives readings above 1,500.

Private MD Labs doesn't do the testing. As far as I can tell, they exclusively use LabCorp for this..

I wonder why the latter test gives exact value. I would guess they are the exact same test...?

No it doesn't. See my post before yours. It's a crap shoot. Depends on where you live and where your sample gets tested.

Getting that TT. test I believe will assure you get the real number though.

My TRT Dr. uses Quest and I always get the exact number. I had blood work done six months ago and my Test was 5600, my Dr. almost fired me. I was only being prescribed 400mg/week!

PrivateMD and Labcorps are the same . What your refering to is the "serum testosterone test" , its $44.49 and you get total test instead of 1500>. OGH

I wondered about the relationship between PrivateMDLabs and Lab Corp too. But how do you know they are the same company?

JB is right, the standard TT test is a crap shoot, just depends on what test facility the blood gets sent to. From the description of that test:

For testosterone measurements in females and children, use of Testosterone, Total, Women, Children, and Hypogonadal Males, LC/MS-MS, which employs liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS), is recommended

That's the 070001 test I mentioned in the other thread. Of course, if you know which lab the blood gets sent to, the standard test is cheaper.

They are affiliated with each other . Google PrivateMD and the site will refer you to Labcorp. I"m going back to them next week right before I start my new cycle. -OGH

Thanks flenser, johnnyballz, bickel29, br1217 and oregongearhead for the info on PrivateMDlabs, Labcorp, Quest :tiphat
