You can look up the melting point of most compounds online. Thats the temperature you dont want to exceed. In a microwave its difficult to control heat. If thats your only option you might try heating the oil and bb in the microwave. Take it out and stir it, check the heat, add the hormone. Then if needed heat again in small increments of time

All a microwave does is speed up water molecule movement which causes heat. There is a video out there that shows a brewer making test cyp in a microwave in the uk
