Here's the bottom half of my printout. Running ZPHC Test E 250 mg at 500 mg per week. 250 mg Saturday am and 250 mg Tuesday pm. Blood was drawn at the end of week 6, 48 hrs after last injection. Taking ZPHC version of Adex about .25 mg every 4 or so days. I started when I felt a small less-than-pea-size knot under my nipple, but I think it was a pimple.

Total Testosterone: 2974.9
Estradiol: 61.9

You're pinning 500mg of test a week and only 2974 total testosterone? That seems kinda low to me. I mean it's still good numbers.

I was also pinning 500mg a week of Test and I got 5033 total testosterone level.

I would've like higher numbers, but I don't think they're completely out of whack. I definitely don't think it shows being under dosed and they'll be different from one person to the next. I've got some prop coming in from some other lab and I'm going to switch over when it comes in and run another test.

You should use nolva on every cycle in the future. Nolva is much more effective in preventing gyno. It takes time to dial in the right dosage of adex.

Thanks for your input. This seems to be quite a debatable topic. I read some saying Nolvadex, and some Arimadex. I'm certainly not casting doubt your personal experience, but I have yet a read a general consensus on this. Since I have little experience in AAS, I'm assuming your knowledge is greater and I'd like your thoughts on this question: Is it not better to prevent the aromatization from happening in the first place (with Arimadex or Aromasin) than prevent the aromatized enzymes from binding to the receptors?

I may be wrong, but I believe the Doc's that post on Meso feel that serms are more effective than an AI in preventing gyno.

The world of AAS seems to be ever evolving and sometimes inconclusive. This is in no way a jab or disrespect towards you, but it appears that the more I read, the more different "correct" answers I find.

Get use to it. The difference between 2016 and 2000 is that we have doctors on our board. They have answered most of our questions, but some still remain. What is the half life of various esters would be nice to know beyond a shadow of doubt.

That's right! As soon as someone says that scientific "facts" show Testosterone Enanthate half life is 12 days, another "expert" says that it is a fact that it's only 5-6 days. Then I read (from an "expert") PCT from a Test E only should start after 2 weeks and another "expert" says that PCT shouldn't start until 4 half-lifes have passed. Where are the studies with weekly blood draws from beginning to end?

On a positive note, there will be an interesting study going on with TSL gear and some pharma. I don't remember if you're following that thread or not, but it should be pretty informative. Weekly bloods drawn on Meso members and blood work paid by TSL. I don't remember if the bloods are going to be taken up to PCT. If it hasn't been mentioned, I think I'll have to bring it up.

For test cycle PCT should start 3 weeks after last pin. Not 2 weeks, although everywhere online says 2 weeks.

Best thing to do is get blood work drawn mid of week 2. You want your test to be at the normal range or below normal before starting PCT.

You will know this if you drew blood pre cycle. Then you can compare the blood work. And it's 5 half life for test.

I just finished my cycle last Thursday and will be doing bloods in 2 weeks before PCT starts. I can share the blood work when I get the results back.

A little over 2 weeks is where I was planning. Based off the notion that the half life is 5 days, three half lives would've put me below my baseline of 668. I threw a little curveball at my plan, however. I'm squeezing a little more time out of my cycle and cutting out the down time by switching to Test P. I'll be running some other blood work in a few weeks on TSL's.

Wow your normal test level is 668? That's real good numbers natty. How old are you? In your 20's?

My baselines at 40 yo. I think they're only decent because they're pretty much mid range for males up to 40.

Testosterone - 668
Estradiol - 19.4

Seeing these numbers makes me wonder what they were when I was younger. That might explain why I fucked everything that didn't run too fast or carry pepper spray.
You were probably somewhere in the 800 range just by seeing your numbers now. Good genetics.
