I wouldn't think those are "weight training" exercise's...but, they are good activities, that's for sure. Weighted dips and pull-ups now...which is I think what you may possibly have been referring to, are the shit. But for me, only third to Bench Press and Farmer's Walk.

Farmers Walks are a great exercise, definitely something I need to to more of. According to Christian Thibaudeau, it may be the "best" excercise for burning fat/getting ripped. Its a good article. T Nation | The Best Exercises. Period.Honestly - Farmer's Walk is my favorite. 2nd is Bench Press.
