Going heavier on carbs. 1/2 cup jasmine rice at all meals. 1 full cup last whole meal before workout. Feeling good today! Like this whole carb cycling approach so far. Will be laying out my meal plan on here when I have time.

Yesterday I crushed it eating wise, about 2800 calories, mostly on point with macros.
Today and tomorrow are gonna be rough trying to eat on the road. So far cottage cheese and pineapple. Also have a couple of those wraps I've been making for later.
Question for you guys, i may or may not be on this test e cycle that's about 2 weeks old, but I'm putting on weight FAST! About 10lbs, I'm sure most of it is water but I'm paranoid about fat. Should I eat differently or just stay the course until the cycle is over?
That what I thought too, too early. I've been eating more and making sure I get to or close to 3000 cal/day. My TDEE was 2500 when I was 178# and pre cycle. I've been eating mostly clean too, as you guys can see from my posts here
