What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Volt that's just my paranoid now, I was 205 in Dec '13. I was down to 178, 13%bf last week (too small). So now Im trying to lean bulk but Im deathly afraid of BF. Its a wicked cycle isnt it?



Yes - its a relentless cycle . You cut down and the abs look nice but the delts/arms look skinny from the dieting , so you try to clean bulk but that turns into a dirty bulk and you get fat ......on and on and on it goes . I like my light look , with the cut abs but Im more intimidating in the bulk , especially with clothes on . Also alot stronger.....~Ogh
 
Oats, honey banana and a protein shake. Today no coffee day 5, or maybe 6.

These headaches have been brutal. But I'll go grab a half decaf coffee, but the last two days have been zero
 
OGH/brothers,
I am thinking of trying the carb cycling approach. Keep in mind I am currently trying to gain. Do you think this method is just as effective for gaining as it is for cutting?

Here is what I am thinking........
Let me know if I am off in my approach. Protein stays at 330 grams everyday, high carb days 4-5 x Per week on training days-300 grams carbs. Low carb days on rest days 2-3 x per week-75 grams carbs.

Carb Split would match the training split I am thinking of switching to which would go high (push), high(pull), low(rest), high(legs), low(rest), repeat. Basically 4-5 days high carb, 2-3 days low carb per week.

Thats basically what Im doing OS, low carb & calories on non-training days . High on others . Some advocate medium carb/cal days too. Whatever works the best for you .

I think the the week long keto I did really helped my dieting , cleaned out those cobwebs . Its like fasting carb-wise . Im really holding the glucogen/water now , much fuller ~Ogh
