What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Im trying to lean bulk, but Im having problems surprisingly getting enough fat. Is incorporating peanut butter (the good stuff, all natural) ok to do? Will it make me fat rather than lean?
I may be able to help with this one OGH. Eating fat will not necessarily make you fat. Fat and carbs are energy sources and should be used as such. So if you eat a whole bunch of carbs and fats and do not use any energy, then it will be stored as fat. Also as OGH pointed out if you exceed way over your daily caloric maintenance intake. Increase and decrease fats and carbs based upon energy needed.
