What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Going heavier on carbs. 1/2 cup jasmine rice at all meals. 1 full cup last whole meal before workout. Feeling good today! Like this whole carb cycling approach so far. Will be laying out my meal plan on here when I have time.
 
OGH-will you still be able to check in here at MESO while you are in the bush?


You bet - I'll be taking my I-phone and theres a computer there too . I will be "talking down" on the computer so it cant be interpreted . But the guys have already guessed Im "on" . I tell them its just my medicine , lol. ~Ogh


PS - But if I miss a few days you can fill in with your diet knowledge....;)

Left over ribs and almonds. I am getting rather puffy right now need to take a break from the gluttonous weekend. I put on 8lbs over the weekend and I am on a blast right now pissed of at myself for it. It is a waste of my gear and should no better right. I can't help it though knowing I am going to be restricted and held accountable in less than a week.

Oh yea - guys love my cooking . I keep em supplied in carb snacks (protein cookies !) and coffee . And I make sure they learn the importance of a high protein diet . I have a huge blank check to buy food supplies with and Im the first cook to stay under-budget this companies had . But they get more than enough to eat ....~Ogh
 
2day so far

6am 2 pack quacker istant protien oatmeal
7am - gym
830 post shake, bannanna
1030 protein bar
1200 6 eggwhites, 6oz pre cooked chicken breast scrambled, with 1 cup greenbeans
230 green apple , 1/2 cup greek yogurt
400 trail mix 1 cup / 1/2 cup greek yougurt.

looking foward to dinner, gunna cheat my girl making cornbread, honey, and chili.. fuck yeah. .
 
Yesterday I crushed it eating wise, about 2800 calories, mostly on point with macros.

Today and tomorrow are gonna be rough trying to eat on the road. So far cottage cheese and pineapple. Also have a couple of those wraps I've been making for later.

Question for you guys, i may or may not be on this test e cycle that's about 2 weeks old, but I'm putting on weight FAST! About 10lbs, I'm sure most of it is water but I'm paranoid about fat. Should I eat differently or just stay the course until the cycle is over?

Have you deliberately started eating more , or about the same as before the cycle ? Sometimes on cycle we will just eat more and not realize it (because we are told to overeat on cycle). If not it could be water retention , seems a lil soon for a long ester like test-E . ~Ogh
 
That what I thought too, too early. I've been eating more and making sure I get to or close to 3000 cal/day. My TDEE was 2500 when I was 178# and pre cycle. I've been eating mostly clean too, as you guys can see from my posts here

I was 186 yesterday, 188 today

If your clean bulking , just go with it . You can cut-up later . (I was told years ago , cut or bulk - make your choice because you cant do both at the same time) ~Ogh
