Thanks for more bulking inspiration... I am getting some grass fed ground beef with organ meat and I am going to make a giant Shepards pie with sweet potato.Okay after dropping weight after PCT and being pissed about it, getting some advice from @Oregonstrong and others, watching @brutus79 eat like a beast and everything I've learned here I put this casserole together.
4lbs turkey, 8 cups rice, 1 Costco bag of broccoli, 8oz moz cheese, 15oz ricotta. 1 can low fat/sodium creme of celery soup 1 cup milk.

Hey brothers, been swamped at work lately have had just enough time to work, eat, train, sleep. Still hammering the food, training, and supps. Sitting at 181 this morning weight. Feeling great. Hitting a long, ramping up blast. Hope to put on some real size this winter. Take care brothers.
