Im new here, but for what its worth my heart goes out to you on the loss of your dog.
I know how you feel as ive just lost one of mine after 14 years and there is not a day goes by i dont think about him so i feel your pain. [emoji20]
But besides all that you look amazing brother not only that but you are very inspiring not only to us 40+ guys but everybody else on here. Good luck in your upcoming comp, you look ready!!
Thanks mate its certainly tough but we do our best to move on as this is the best way to honour there memory. Plenty of people have tougher issues than I to face on a daily basis, look at children with terminal diseases or one that has been molested buy pedefiles, I can't imagine what it would be like to walk in there shoes. Im sorry for your loss also, I hope the pain passes and is filled with the many wonderful memory's you must have shared.
Thank you for your kind words im actually enjoying my senior years in the competitive arena, maybe its a weird thing but I actually get a kick out of seeing people faces when they ask me how old I am, its especially good at comp time when the younger guys ask, just goes to show if you really want something and are willing to put in some hard work and lots of sacrifice then the results will follow.
