Funny story. We didnt have krystal or white castle in Cali. I went to go visit my cousin and he went thru the drive thru and ordered 6. I thought he was just high, so I ordered 1 burger not knowing...

I haven't had krystal in years. Never really liked them that much.

6 large scramble eggs with cheese and 1 cup tator tots. I split with my son for breakfast. I ate 80% of it plus 2 packets of protein oatmeal and 12oz milk. Off to gym I go.

Cool place that opened down the street. Bunch of Latin dishes I can't pronounce - this one included. They do some kind of peru inspired rotisserie chicken I'm going to try out next.
Bet that looks tastier and less fattening than Chinese chicken fried rice in comparison. There's a Latin joint near me so might try this dish as well.

Fill up large blender bottle with Milk about 30oz I think
2scoops vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoons maple almond butter
Shake until good arm pump.

I have a 35oz CORE150 bottle along with the ball from a Blender Bottle so this fits into it well
Try it out and thank me later. Regular almond butter also is tasty but maple almond butter is tad bit sweeter.
