The first cycle is the best. Believe me when I tell you the rest will not be like that. My first cycle I grew 2" on my arms alone in the 8 wk cycle so I get it man. Go kill some thing![]()
Shit, cardio is the easy way out. Cutting carbs..... now that is fucking torture! I get to have carbs in the morning but no more throughout the day. Now, I just need to stick to it. That looks f-n delicious, i can almost smell it !!!Sous Vide ribs for 24 hours, then 1 hour on the smoker for some color and flavor. BBQ sauce is more of a vinegar base, that's what the girl likes. Came out great!

Made something similar to this for lunch today.... 1/2 pound of ground beef w/ some 75% sugar free ketchup (fuck that) and some A1... Actually tasted like prison style sloppy joes or some shit.Elk burger, taters and green beans. Plain, simple, works.
