Also, trying out this super low carb thing, strictly before workouts, day two of this, had only a couple pieces of toast with my pre workout meal yesterday, and about a half cup of potato salad for lreworkout meal today, i can definitely tell my energy is down a bit and i cant stop being hungry, this is gonna suck but im determined to stick with it for a while and see how it goes.

If you bump your fats up you should feel much more full. Just do no carb throughout the day and slam a banana or 2 preworkout

I was scared they were going to bitch about me deadlifting, and not wearing shoes, and using chalk lol but it all went well.

Glad to be going back to my gym on monday, there was like no room to deadlift, nowhere to rest in between sets, and just stupid assholes doing stupid shit ego lifting, using pussy pads to half rep 155lb squats, etc etc its distracting. And holy shit people staring like they've never seen a man deadlift before, very unnerving. Thats all the bitching i'll do, i'll be home monday hahah.

Yeah I have a lot of trouble with no carb, by the end of the day I'm killin' 2 or 3 cups of oatmeal w/ PB, strawberry jam (low sugar lol), powder PB, walnuts, blueberries, and milk.

No my gym is staying open. However, they were closed yesterday and today over the weekend due to thousands of tree hugging hippie cunts congregating to protest the refinery and my gym is right in that vicinity. All the businesses in the area are closing down becuase they basically have the whole area blocked off except for law enforcement and medical personnel. So ive been having to slum it at the other gym in town the last couple days, those protesters owe me $20 bucks for these two day passes i had to buy hahha.

And hell yeah dude, its definitely not easy, carbs are the building block of smiles and happiness.

Oh yeah im all about trees, they give us oxygen and shit. I also like deadlifting without a crowd hahah. Noone stares at my gym cuz they're used to it.

I have no problem with people protesting, but when you start fuckin with my gainz it becomes personal.

Man there have been about a billion times i was trying to figure out what i was gonna carb up with and its been right there in front of me all along...fucking bananas...bananas are the cats pajamas. As you can tell i still have a little learning to do as far as nutrition goes haha

Little extra credit work. Someone keeps tearing down my sun roof on the beach so i built it back up, and im sorrounding all the posts with 300+lb logs and tons and tons and tons of heavy stones. I dont have much in life, but one of my few pleasures is spending time near the beach and i'll be goddamned if im going to let these fuckers take my shade away from me haha. I dont think they realize who they're dealing with :p

You might want to look into the keto diet a lot of people have crazy results, I got a buddy that cuts like crazy on it. I tried about three months back...it doesn't mix well with irritable bowel syndrome, lost 11lbs in a day and a half thought I was going to have to go get an iv put in.lol :eek:
 
Yeah keto is just straight no carbs right? Idk if i would even want to do that, i enjoy not feeling like shit when im at the gym hah. Maybe if i ever decide i really wanna cut down, but i think at my level that going no carbs period is just overkill

There are a few things to suggest im getting a little leaner that you cant really see in the pictures. Starting to notice that im able to see some visible veins in my upper chest and front delt areas as well as on my obliques, definitely still got a ways to go as far as fat loss. You can kind of see in the last couple pictures that im getting some more noticable muscles in the upper chest and on my back a little bit, im sure theres plenty more hiding under the layers of fat haha.
