Most of my loss from 270 to my current weight was 1) water as i started a small AI regimen recently 2) carbs and bloat. Dont know if i lost any fat yet.
Vince has it at UP TO 1.5 lbs of steak a serving. And UP TO 6 eggs a serving.
I do up to 1.5 lb steak and 6 eggs 2x daily as suggested. If there is a silver lining its the butter. I can soak it in as much as i want or afford. Real butter is kinda pricey
I buy the cheap shit angus steaks from Sams. It runs about $3.50/lb which is affordable. Thats 21 lbs a steak a week. Eggs are cheap so no worries there. It is tough meat tho. If i had my way (and more $$$) id feast on t bones every meal. But its just not possible. Sacrifices.
All this puts me at 3800 cals and 408 g protein daily.
Oh i have 50g of whey for lunch. That was NOT in the write up
I think the steak/egg diet begs to be modifyed a little to fit . Nothing wrong with "adjusting it" to suit . Lookin good Trukker , your doing it ....
