I am sure many of you have seen these floss bands, you might have them or use a inner tube runs from a tire to achieve the same results.

Floss bands are a great tool for flushing out bad blood and allowing good blood and nutrients to enter our joints/ligaments and tendons. We all know that ligaments and tendons heal at a slower rate due to how slow blood gets into the ligaments and tendons.
