What did you think of the ending? Kinda hit me in the feels a little.
Yeah same here man. I spent the whole movie feeling bad for her cause of her first kid:( Atleast it all kind of worked out in the end.

Yeah, the whole thing about doing things exactly the same if you knew what was going to happen got me thinking and feeling things.

I still haven't finished the Harry Potter movies. I read a couple of the books, but haven't finished them either.
 
Two other people in the gym tonight. Even though the guy was trying to fill his ego meter off me, I still had a great workout. Did neck presses at 135, and of course the guy stops doing curls and benches next to me with 185. Maybe it was next in his routine, but who knows, or cares.
Did the 8x8 w/20-30 sec rest between sets.

Doing the stairmill now.
Guess I'll count this as the official start of my transformation. Almost a week into the cycle. Not too much noticed yet. But I'm a bit fatter than usual due to life fucking me right in the pussy lately.

222lbs probably high teens body fat.

Prepping up for today's leg workout. It's not gonna be anything too crazy, just lots of volume. A lot. Based off some good ol' Frank Zane ideaology. I have 6 workouts a week. 3 are the Vince Gironda 8x8 type. 3 are Frank Zane high volume type. After this I will go into my first ever bulk cycle with deca and get up to.... idk 250 :cool: fuck it. Might as well.

Well. Leg workout I decided on was to keep rolling with the 8x8 for one last day before switching it up.
8x8 30 seconds rest.
Front squat 135
Deficits RDL 135
Standing curls 30
Extensions 110
Tri set 8x8
Standing single calves, donkey calves, seated calves.

I wanted to go heavier but damn I was getting back pumps bad. I noticed it a little earlier this week during pullovers, but those RDL made that shit swell up.
 
Im 6'2 but Id like to be about where you are on weight Im at 239-240lbs and Ive been on a slow cut for far too long :( Very little if any muscle loss but I've developed hangry issues over the last month so I might just stop when I hit 230 and stay there for a bit.:eek: I hate cutting Id rather just eat 8k cals worth of steak and eggs every day.

For some reason when I cut it works really well, and I love every minute of it. But I've been doing the 8000 calories thing for a few months now. Feel so weak and chubby. Gonna do my cheesy eggs, egg batterer and fried fish, and chicken with veggies Fly a while until I drop some fat. I always feel great off that. No hunger issues. Bronkaid curves appetite pretty well too. I haven't taken that in forever.
 
@Kakarot also slippery elm will clear out your colon and intestines. Get rid of that plaque build up and helps your body become more effective at absorbing all the nutrients from your food. Helps ya feel more full when that happens.
Ive got ibs and ive had ulcers in my colon. I tend to stay cleaned out.lol but I may try that.
