Well. I watched fast 8 just now.
I'm not proud of it. The whole reason I watched it was for Jason Statham. He was great, but the rest of the movie was piss poor.

Depending on how the leg feels tomorrow, I will do some snatch Grip deadlifts. Been reading that they are supposed to work wonders for upper back development. We will see.

The thing is called PlayStation now. You stream games so they aren't installed on your HD. They can get choppy. But red faction guerilla is badass. Awesome 3rd person mars game. Run around and drop your sledge hammer on stuff. Can knock down whole buildings by taking out the support beams with your hammer. Or driving a truck through it. Or blowing it up.
Or using the guerilla robot thing.
 
Well... tomorrow I get to drive 4 hours to get intaken at the nearest VA since these fuckers won't outsource me until I go see their main bitches.

Did back last night.
Snatch Grip Rack Pulls from knee level (lowest the bars could go) felt awesome. Only went up to 315 for sets of 10. Swelled my back up like crazy. Traps were sticking out of my shirt all over. Could see my lower traps through the XL shirt. I'm not that big of a guy either really. So definitely one of my new favorite exercises.
Did pull ups, hammer Rows, Pulldowns, and hammer curls.

Doing chest today. Good ol fashion triple drop sets.
 
Dropsets of 6,8,10 reps. 275, 225, 185. 3 sets of that for incline Bench. Was going to do some flat Presses but my triceps were shot. Just did some Svend Presses and some Fly movements. I'm only on my 4th shot of tren E tomorrow, usually don't feel it until week 3. So hopefully it kicks in a bit harder. I miss masteron, and may start that back up again. I want to start homebrew, and if I can get a 200mg/ml dose for mast P I will be the happiest man on earth.
 
Did back today. I feel like I have enough width for my personal preference but Jesus I am struggling to get thickness. From the side my back looks so damn flat. Working on my traps and upper thickness more. Horizontal and vertical Shrugs as wel as snatch Grip deadlifts and angled Pulldowns.
Stiff Leg deadlifts seem to slam my traps pretty hard.
