Man, you guys are selling me on the greys, not to mention I wouldn't have to wait for them..

What are you running?? What time of day?? I hear so many different theories on how to run GH, that it's hard to decide which to go with..

Running 4iu ed now in the morning. Was doing 4iu eod till lethargy subsided.
I don't think you can go wrong either way I was going to get the blacks but he was out.

I ran them as a true 10iu per vial. 4iu per day.

I run the blacks as a true 14iu per vial, and run them at 4iu per vial as well. I feel like the blacks are closer to 12 iu per vial. I do get more sides with the grey, ex. numbness. End results have been the same with greys and blacks though.

That's exactly how I was going to run either of those.. I may just pull the trigger on the greys, since I can get them now.. who knows when the black will be back, and how long they'll be back for, when they do get back.. with the demand, what it is, they may be gone as soon as they're available.. and if it's really like 2iu per vial, extra, I really don't need to wait for that.. thanks for the info bro!

I do 4iu per day at like 3 or 5 am because I always wake up to use the bathroom and that's a few hours before my first meal

That's almost identical to what I'm thinking.. I'm up at 5, so I'll inject 4iu first thing.. I'm at the gym by 7, so my big fear is lethargy fucking up my workouts, then I eat right after the gym, at 9... so it will be 4 hours from shot to my first meal.. I guess if it's going to fuck up my workouts, I'll have to adjust at that point..
 
Just finished my first kit of blacks pinning a whole vial first thing in the morning on mwf's... I was impressed the first couple weeks.. but then I added slin to this final week and omg I can't believe how quick shit got real. I'm scared to weigh myself. Conditioning stayed the same but I think I'm up 10-20 pounds haha

Yeah I'm still researching slin but definitely going to add it to my gh at some point. I have seen many say they have packed on the size quick.

Only Monday Wednesday and Friday.. no pinning any other day:

5am wake up: 15iu hgh IM, 200 sust, 200 tren, 200 mast, 100 var, 100 drol, 100 t4, 25 t3

5:20: 45iu lantus, 15iu log

6am: 150g carb, 50g pro shake

30 mins preworkout: 15iu log

Workout: sipping on bcaa drink with 100g carb 50g pro

Halfway through workout: 15iu log
Finish shake before end of workout and begin 2nd shake of same macros. Finish 2nd shake 1hour after mid workout log pin.

Food the remainder of the day stick to carbs and protein with low fat.


Keep in mind I only do this on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. All other days I don't pin anything at all. The only thing taken daily is 100 t4 and 25 t3. This morning chest was 48 inches, waist 35 and hips 42 at 243 pounds

Ya I was a little paranoid at first trying it.. but unless you really fuck up and take the wrong dosage and don't have the carbs on hand to make use of it.. it's pretty hard to screw up. You can definitely tell when it's about to peak if you haven't had any carbs after taking it. For me it's at about 40 mins if I have nothing right away. If I do have a bunch of carbs right away it hits at 70 minutes. So to avoid the 70 minute crash I hold off on drinking my shake till about 40 minutes and then it's all good. It's definitely worth it. I now understand how the pros get to 300 pounds.. I mean I'm taking baby doses compared to them and am in 240's with abs. Slin is key if you want to get massive. I'm happy with 240.
