Chest. 30 seconds rest between sets

10x3 incline Hammer 3 and a quarter on each side
6x5 Alternating Flat DB Press 100 lb DB
5x6 Decline Hammer 2 plates each side 2 sec squeeze
3x10 low Cable Fly 30 lb
2x15 Svend Press 20 lb
1x30 high Cable Fly 30 lb

Abs did 4 rounds of 10 reps each exercise. Each round was also a dropsets. Started with 25lb dumbbells, then went to 20, then 17.5, then 15.
Russian Twist
Odin sit ups
Single Arm roll out 10 each arm
Renegade Row 10 each arm

6x5 L Raises (Front Raise/Lateral combo) 40

Legs today.

Wasn't feeling it today. Got a lot of dumb shit that popped up this morning with business.
People pulling out at the last moment... that technique never works out for any situation.
 
Had a pretty shitty chest workout today. I just didn't seem to have the connection. I was doing these single Arm incline presses and low dumbbell lever Pulls but I just couldn't seem to really contract my muscles how I usually do.
 
Nothing new. Just finally got into the VA for my heart issues that have been bothering me these past few months. Just gotta wear this thing for a few days to track the rhythms and see what the issue is.
 
I weighed in at 245 today at the doctors. Heaviest I've ever been is 246. I don't care about the numbers too much. I'm carrying way more fat than I should be though. Easily 30lbs.
I have surgery coming up in the next few weeks to chop out some gyno on my left nip so I guess these next 2 months will be a hardcore look into my nutrition and some solid leg workouts.
Hopefully by recovery time I am 210lbs and lean. See where I'm at. I will be running toremifene at 60mg all through the surgery and recovery process, and post surgery I am going to try out MK677.
After that I'll cruise natural for a while, and probably coming next summer time I will start back up.
Thinking about doing my beloved 200mg test, 600mg mast E cycle with the additions of superdrol and 1-test cyp at 300mg/wk.

As always, will keep everyone updated on the progress and what not. I don't think anyone other than kakarot and franchise are following along anymore anyways :cool:

Nah, I'm still following along but don't have anything to add. Feel bad for you having to carry around a suitcase around your neck for a few days but I'm glad that you finally got around to addressing your heart issues.
 
The nodes on the monitor fell off last night. Got too sweaty and the shits just came off. So I went and worked out today. Kind of a cluster fuck workout with my buddy since my gym was closed. Had to go to his.
Did pull-ups 2x15
Pulldowns 160x10, 220x10 260x10
Barbell row 135x12, 225x10, 315x7, 185x15
Flat Bench 225x21, 315x4 drop to 225x10 drop to 135 for 11.
Nautilus Row 3 plates for 3x15

It was a golds gym. Which fucking sucks up here. Never really been to a decent golds gym. Must only be Cali that has the good ones.

Surprised I lifted so much. 2 weeks into PCT. No straps to help with Grip. That's one of my goals for this year. Be able to double overhand 405 with no straps.
 
Strength Goals for this year:
Pull-ups - 50 in 1 set
Barbell row - 315x10
Flat Bench - 315x8
Incline Bench - 315x5
Squat - 405x10
Deadlift - 495x5
Curl - 135x8
Tricep DB Skullcrusher - 70lbs DB for 10 reps
Standing Calf Raise on Smith - 405x12

Shoulders aren't a muscle group I really lift for strength.... but I can only imagine they will get stronger. Once my Deadlift goes up, everything goes up.
 
Well I set some strength goals on Tuesday and I hit my flat Bench goal and got 315 for 8. Didn't expect to hit that until next month.
I have a surgery next month I think (hopefully) so we will see how strength holds up after that.
