Whatman Zapcap and brake air pump ????S

Hello Bros~,
Been brewing awhile but only small time for myself.
I'm interested in using the Zapcap method and air pressure gun method but have never performed or seem it work in action. Is their any links or threads that can show me how to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome pushing thru a .2ul Whatman?
Time for a lil upgrade.
All help would be extremely appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Scott~

Hand brake bleeder is $30-$35 at the store plus tax 3cfm vacuum pump is $50 on ebay
IMO everything manual sucks.

Rent/borrow/buy a vacuum pump.
You can brew your raws at night when back from work
and rent a vacuum pump to filter everything on weekends.
Just make sure you have everything ready, and you warm your oil prior to sterile filtration.
Don't leave filters totally unattended.

If asked, say you need the pump to evacuate air off a central A/C unit you're repairing yourself. Zero problems.
