Would you mind telling the class what app you're using to track your food intake?
Sure thing. It’s called LoseIt. Free. Let’s you scan food for accurate macros. Giant database of existing foods and supps. It’s weight loss oriented so the fucking thing always says I’m fat but it’s great. I only track when I want to make a change. Otherwise I’m 100% on the same diet excluding cheats.
