Agreed... for big quantities above 50ml

Sometimes I brew small amount of Test E/Deca blend, if I am going to run it 1:1 ratio. Maybe small amount of Tren A. I use syringe filter for that.
I also run couple vials of high concentration gear like the Test E 400 through syringe. Less waste with little syringe filter, than standard bottle top filter.

How would you get the hormone into pre-sterilized sealed vials after filtering? I'm curious as I want to start brewing but I do not want to sterilize my own vials and cap them.
