No. Not at all. Now, Joe Biden was head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for 12 yrs and was Obama's point man on Russia for 8 years because Putin didn't seem to like dealing with a black President or Bill Clinton's wife, but participating every step is a stretch.Saying that Joe Biden personally was bribed by Ukrainian ogliarchs and has participated personally in this matter every step of the way is not a conspiracy theory. It's a documented fact
It is interesting that both Trump and Biden have been accused of being compromised by the Russians or the Ukrainians though. Of course, the Mueller investigation didn't indict Trump and Biden hasn't been linked to his son's lobbying career. Even if they had, it doesn't mean they wanted this war and did a Jedi mind trick on Putin to make him invade... it's so far removed from some arms deal conspiracy.
It's pretty clear, by his own words, that Putin sees Ukraine as part of Russia, or at least part of his sphere of influence, and didn't want to lose it:

But, yeah I get that someone like you who has been on an anti-Biden internet binge for 2 years, 6000+ posts, multiple bannings, would want to point to this and say "hey, don't vote for Biden." And that's totally reasonable, don't vote for him if you don't like it. But to say he caused this, it was intentional, he did nothing to stop it, and he's the only thing preventing a peace agreement would be some pure fantasy that doesn't hold up to scrutiny because there's proof to show otherwise.
And then to go on and say the dictator who just invaded a European country for the first time in 80 years is not so bad, you're overboard on your criticism of him, it's Biden that is so bad - he's a threat to our life and liberty. To use scare tactics that Ukraine is running out of soldiers and our boys are next. It comes from someone who has gone too far.
What are you talking about? Of course you can't demonstrate that as a fact. It's a problem when you can't separate fact from fantasy.Saying that the war in Ukraine is a product of a long history of US intervention into foreign politics and monetary interests is not "a conspiracy theory". It's a demonstrable fact.
Then triple the aid, push the Russians out. But all that matters to you is Joe Biden's re-election chances. And wanting the war over as fast as possible, no matter how it ends, to stop further death and suffering is not "wanting Russia to win". It's wanting to end suffering
