I permabulked for a lot of my life…I can help you gain weight lol.Well gents, I do have some not so pleasant news to report on the food front. Unfortunately the weight is just not coming on this cycle like I had hoped. Taking an average, I have gained all of about 2 pounds so far. Very disappointing.
So it looks like calories are going to need to come up to 5500ish per day. Though not gonna lie, I am already pushing about to capacity. So it appears that it’s time to break out the MGA (Megestrol acetate) that I got from our friends in India. I have about 60 pills left, which should be more than enough to get through this cycle with a voracious appetite.
I’m not going to eat crap though just to hit calories. Fuck that. I’m either doing this right or not at all.
So yeah, I hit a speed bump. Adapt and overcome.
Though, it’s not just going to be chicken and rice. It’s going to involve some delicious liquid smoothie calories and loaded oatmeal and some other easy to get down stuff…so…probably not “clean” in your definition of it…but it works.
