What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

If you eat like this all the time I have no idea how you don't gain weight, damn. You are blessed / cursed with a raging metabolism.
I feel this, but the other way around! Lol - I'm 5'5" at 164lbs ( I know, rookie numbers here haha) and it's really hard to lose weight. I've been trying to lose as much fat as I can (I think ai may have 10lbs more to go) I definitely see improvements but not as fast as I'd like to. I'm currently targeting 1800 calories daily .. I'm around 220grams of protein, 140 grams of carbs .. rest is fat at 20-30 grams.

Have you noticed any difference in how your body/mind responds to consuming carbs since starting SLU-PP-332?
Great question. Yes I have actually! My carb tolerance is up. Don’t feel nearly as sluggish / demotivated post carb consumption. Feel as though muscles are even more like sponges soaking them up.

I’m out of blood ketone test strips but I get the sense this is pushing me deeper into ketosis as well.

Really fascinated by this aspect of the SLU-PP effects. Thank you for the feedback on this question as well as for sharing so much with your training log.

It would be interesting to track blood glucose levels in acute & long term response to consuming carbs while on SLU-PP-332.... Same with observing subjective response mood-wise.

Curious to find out about the ketosis factor if you do get to test in the future.

I wonder if it would have the potential to improve carb processing and digestion in general. Yours is the 2nd feedback I have read with the remark about the seeming muscle response.

I am fascinated by it's effects so far too. No problem; might as well share if I'm gonna do this.

So, just checked BG after a shitty 45 min ride and they were 74. GH admin about 2hrs ago.

I'm going to all you can sushi this afternoon, and hitting up a mexican place for breakfast; chilaquiles. Big carb day for me. I'll check BG periodically to see what's going on.

I'm ordering some more blood ketone test strips right now; too curious not to.

My digestion has definitely been improved / sped up. I think sped up a bit too much such that gastric motility is too high causing me loose stool.

I wondered about that noticeable digestive side effect you described. It does seem like something processing different. Valuable feedback from the body, imo, though hopefully things return to balance for comfort sake.

If SLU-PP-332 affects the break down of nutrients, at least with carbs, maybe it has a use case for helping with dietary needs... Like in restrictions or immune response. Or when one knows their body struggles to digest carbs. The food thread got me thinking along those lines.

Thanks for the potential observations ahead.

Right on for the test strip re-up, and good luck with the carb adventures in eating out today!
