I permabulked for a lot of my life…I can help you gain weight lol.

Though, it’s not just going to be chicken and rice. It’s going to involve some delicious liquid smoothie calories and loaded oatmeal and some other easy to get down stuff…so…probably not “clean” in your definition of it…but it works.

You’re on GH and tren…you’ll be fine!

loaded oatmeal / cream of rice = oats / cor, fairlife whole milk / half n half, sugar / honey, PB, bananas, nuts, protein powder mixed in. Incredibly delicious and decent protein

Loaded smoothies = strawberries, fairlife whole milk, vanilla protein powder, lil bit of vanilla ice cream, ice if needed

Or

Bananas, PB, whole milk, vanilla protein powder, lil bit of vanilla ice cream, ice if needed

Like I said…not exactly clean. But if your stomach is tapping out, gotta find foods more hyper palatable, and more dense in calories that don’t fuck up digestion. That’s the key.

Been awhile since I’ve tried to gain weight so I might be forgetting an ingredient or two. But I got up to sloppy 310. However, wasn’t on GH or tren and my whole diet was just insane. Wasn’t for bodybuilding purposes.

But throwing in either one of those or both should really up your calorie game, get you some extra protein via powder, be incredibly delicious, easy to get down. Sure extra fat but if you’re struggling to add weight where you’re at now, gotta find a way to just get calories in without trashing diet

I was at 4500 and I figured upping an extra 1K seemed the right move given my lack of progress.

My strength is through the roof right now.however. I’m really hitting my stride on cycle and this is the time where working out is fun as fuck. Just going apeshit on my movements and loving every min. of it. Then afterwards reflecting with “holy shit, did I really just do that?”

I’ll get the food thing dialed. Yes, it’s disappointing, but not an insurmountable problem. There is no problem in this gig that can’t be solved with the appropriate application of food and drugs.

You are the definition of a hard gainer based on your stats and cals and no weight gain

Tren is amazing…but not for those who struggle to gain weight and are tapping out on food. Godsend for me trying to stay leaner on a bulk. Just makes you have to shovel even more.

So you’re probably right. But at the end of the day, if you’re having fun, and you care more about that then bulking - don’t switch it up.

If you care about bulking more than that, I would just swap it out for something else, and use a lot more mg to replace tren.

I like: high test + mast / primo + npp OR high test / high EQ. I personally try to avoid orals if digestion is an issue since they’re not so kind to mine if shoveling food.

I forget how much tren, but could always just lower it and add in more mg else where.

I’ll finish out my current cycle as planned, probably toss in an oral. Then come Jan when I come back on I’ll take your advice and switch it up.
 
Amazing looking shit guys... Me, im not to fancy. Groundhog day breakfast again.. 4 eggs over medium 6 oz ham Protein pancake. Splash of local honey.. what i want to point out is this cottage cheese container that my grandma sent some pinto beans home in with me last Christmas..... For some reason it has became my go to shaker for my breakfast protein shake.. So weird..... out of all the fancy shakers I have bought.... have a laugh on me guys and Have a great day!!!

I don't share my breakfasts or snacks much with you guys other than Whey protein (I eat at least something every 2-3 hours now), so here we go.

4 Eggs scrambled, lots of whole hog sausage and some of my homemade salsa over the top.

If you eat like this all the time I have no idea how you don't gain weight, damn. You are blessed / cursed with a raging metabolism.
