How are you doing m8? Hope all is going well
I had a come to Jesus moment after Christmas. :D

I just hit a wall that I wasn't willing to climb over. After pushing food with zero appetite for four straight months, I gave up. I talked to Justin and had to put my plan on hold. Never thought it would come to that but me not being a competitor, and being miserable day in and day out for so long, I just didn't want to eat anymore.

Since beginning of January, I've been cutting down. My goal is to get lean and hungry again, and not take things so seriously. I gave it my all for 2024 and make some crazy progress IMO, but now I'm looking to find a happy medium between living like a normal person, and keeping a lean physique. Once I'm lean again, I'm sure I'll grow again, but probably at a slower pace with a priority on staying lean.

We will see how it unfolds.

How much did you gain in weight so far? Any end result comparison pics?

This just shows how difficult the process to get huge is, much respect to your efforts.

So my first growth phase beginning of 2024 I went from 162lbs to 196lbs. Once I signed up with Justin, he dieted me down for five weeks to 182lbs, and then I ended the year at 221lbs.

I'll get some pics up of each phase for reference sometime soon.

Haven't updated in a long while. I stopped working with Justin end of December. My appetite and drive for bodybuilding went to complete shit. I was over it. No fault of Justin and I know he would have helped me out of the slump, but I needed a break. Mostly mental and terrible digestion made me pull the plug.

Looking back, I know I just wrecked myself with cheat meals. Even though he had me eating a disgusting amount of food, anytime I was given a cheat meal, I ate my face off. Garbage food gives garbage results. I think I just wrecked my insulin sensitivity, and all the downstream issues that comes with that made me miserable on a daily basis.

Anyway, I took a couple months to take a step back, and reassess my goals. I really enjoyed being lean the first part of 2024 and wanted to get back to that body comp. That is what I'm working toward now.

I'm seven weeks into my cut. Left pic is my last check in with Justin, and the right pic is this morning. Definitely still have a lot of fat to lose but I'm happy with my progress considering I haven't done any cardio so far. This week I'm going to add fasted cardio in and get the rest of this fat off.

Sometimes thats all it takes deload, reassess, and reload

Whats ur program lookin like now?
Right now I'm doing more of a high frequency approach. Low volume. Two sets per body part. Alternating days so typically I'm training 6x per week, hitting everything three times except for legs. They need a bit more time to recover, so I'm doing those every other rotation if that makes sense.

what is your rep ranges , ? Higher reps with lower sets?

Fucked off on cardio again last week. Only went on a walk three or four days but I am impressed with the changes over this last week. Something I've noticed recently is on the days that I eat more calories, which is usually an extra ribeye, I drop weight dramatically the day after.. I'm eight weeks into this cut as of today. I'm wondering if stress is starting to creep in and the extra calories are pushing it back down...?

Here are some pics as of a few hours ago. Been ZERO CARB for six weeks now.

30 minutes of fasted incline walking did me well last week. Having my first high day today being back on carbs. Can't wait to see what 2-3 more weeks looks like.

out of curiosity, what does your hr get up to when you are doing your fasted incline walk on treadmill?
Beginning of the week I was holding 130 but my legs where burning so bad from the 10 incline, I backed off the incline and increased the speed. Last part of the week I was holding 117-120.

Getting back in the groove of things so I figured I should start logging again. I'm on the back half of this cut now and wanting to get to the leanest I've ever been.

Current Gear:
600mg Test C
300mg Primo E
18iu GH (zero need for this in a cut and planning to half it soon)
5mg Reta
80mcg Clen

Current Training:
For some reason I just don't seem to be a fan of frequency. When I up frequency to more than 1x/week, I just don't progress as consistently. Every time I go back to 1x a week or even less than 1x a week, my strength and progress seem to climb every session. Right now I'm doing single body part days and hitting everything once every 9 days. Low volume but I've progressed with this through the cut, even when calories where really low. Here is today's session.
