Protocol during 6 week layoff

I've seen a lot of folks talk about hernia surgery, and now I've got one coming. I'll be getting a robo-lap mesh implant due to prior failed repairs. I've heard the downsides of mesh but my inguinal hernia mesh has behaved itself for nearly 20 years now. Anyway, the surgeon says I'll need to wait 6 weeks to return to weightlifting.

My question is how my enhanced brethren handle these periods of enforced idleness. I want to preserve as much muscle as I can. Is running on cruise generally sufficient even if you're not providing any stimulus to the muscles through resistance training? Or can I achieve retention by cranking up the dose? Are there particular compounds that are most effective towards that end?

Most of the info out there about anabolic use is based on a subject actively training. Not so much about subjects sitting on their ass, or just doing cardio.

Also, what's best to accelerate and support healing? I've got BPC/TB, of course.

I have one coming up as well. I see the surgeon Thursday. Mine got infected and was nightmare for a few days. Anyway here's what I'm doing after.
200 test
4iu gh
2mg bpc
1mg tb
20mg Anavar
2000mg vit c
collagen
Should help me heal and hold on to my little muscles. I have a few other things on the list but I don't have it atm.

you could even up the dose of bpc157 a couple mg daily, i know it really helps me ,

I'd use a forced layoff as a chance to freshen up the ol receptors and lipids and run the bare ass minimum. Or even come completely off if you can stand it.

When you hop back on anything you lost will come back in the first few weeks anyway... It's comical how fast people blow up after stuff like hospital stays.
