You joke, but the temp has really dropped over the last few weeks.
Wait a second, its winter. Never mind.

US Navy predicts summer ice free Arctic by 2016
Is conventional modelling out of pace with speed and abruptness of global warming?

Antarctic sea ice hit 35-year record high Saturday
But by 2016 it's all going to be gone. Riiiiiight. [)][

Scientists discovered this coldest spot on Earth while studying the large snow dunes formed by winds blowing across the East Antarctic Plateau. On a closer look they spotted cracks present in the snow surface between the dunes that most likely form when the temperatures during the winter fall so low that the snow layer present on the top shrinks. This ignited a curiosity in the scientists to estimate the range of temperatures and pushed them to look for coldest places on Earth using two kinds of satellite sensors.
Well, the Heartland Institute is at it again. This fossil-fuel (and tobacco company) funded group has made quite the name for itself in the climate change denial game, from trumpeting the false controversy over Climategate to comparing climate scientists to mass murders to misrepresenting the actions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (which was so egregious the CAS issued a statement against Heartland that used the word “false” four times).
There were fewer snow and ice extremes than in 2012. Many regions and components of the Arctic environment were closer to their long-term averages, but the effects of a persistent warming trend that began over 30 years ago remain clearly evident.
The impacts of the warming climate on the physical environment during those 30 years are influencing Arctic ecosystems on the land and in the sea.
And yet this is not true - the ice is growing. And its plain to see with satellites, which is good because then the alarmist nitwits can't lie about it to get their global agenda of controlling every single frigging aspect of your life enacted. Still, they will lie, and some will eat the shit cake and say "Thank you!, May I have another!?".
Study: Earth was warmer in Roman, Medieval Times | The Daily Caller
Damn Romans and their fossil fuels and evil coal plants. Oh wait, that's right, they didn't have cars back then, or coal plants, or other man made emissions, and yet they were warmer? Hmmm....I wonder why? I guess the answer it...we don't fucking know, just like we don't fucking know now. And yet, in an awesome display of stupidity, we are going to let the EPA mandate regulations on something we know nothing about. The models are wrong, the hockey stick is a joke, and yet people still let the feds drive policy that is going to hit them in the pocketbook and the Earth will keep doing what the Earth will do no matter if we are here or not.
You see, there is this big thing in the sky called the Sun. And it has solar flares and other activity that seems to match up pretty well with whats going on down here. And the Sun - which is really, really big and really, really hot (for those of you AWG nitwits who are science challenged) and has a far greater impact of Earth's climate than us. Heck - Krakatoa threw up more greenhouse gasses than we have since the inception of the industrial age. And it did it over a period of a few days. An like magic, we are still here.
So what does all this tell us? That climate science is bunk - it is not science - it is a political movement. And like all ideology, its adherents are not educated in basic statistics, numerical methods, or even have a rudimentary understanding of the limitations of models. For example, did the reader know that every climate model out there treats the earth like a closed system. This simplification makes the numerical solutions easier but we are never told of this simplification because of the obvious: we are not a closed system, our atmosphere interfaces with a vacuum where huge amounts of energy enters it from the Sun. Wow, what an amazing concept.
Dumb climate scientists. I know more about your profession than you ever will. And those whose noses would be up the arses of the climate rock stars if it were not for the face their own heads were planted firmly up their ass - get a life and quit hyping BS that is going to cost you a ton of money one day and, like Obambicare - you are going to regret ever believing in. Time to grow up.

Senator Bob Menendez prostitution controversy and FBI investigation[edit]
In an article titled "Women: Sen. Bob Menendez paid us for sex in the Dominican Republic",[20] The Daily Caller reported that New Jersey senator Bob Menendez had allegedly paid two prostitutes to have sex with him during a stay at a Dominican Republic resort. The report included videotaped interviews with the women. The allegation came five days before the 2012 New Jersey senate election. News organizations such as the New York Times, ABC News and the New York Post declined to publish the allegations, viewing them as unsubstantiated and lacking credibility.[21][22][23] The FBI investigated the allegations and found no evidence to substantiate them.[24][25] Subsequently, one of the women who accused Menendez stated that she had been paid to falsely implicate the senator, whom she had never met.[21][25] Menendez's office described the allegations as "manufactured" by a right-wing blog as a politically motivated smear.[26] On March 18, police in the Dominican Republic announced that three women had acknowledged they had been paid $300–425 each to lie about having had sex with Menendez.[27] According to a spokesperson in the Dominican government, the women in question had been paid to make the false claims in question by someone who identified himself as a Daily Caller employee. The Daily Caller issued a statement denying the claims.[28] The Daily Caller denied having paid any individuals for any participation in the stories about Menendez, and detailed the discrepancies between the new reports from Dominican authorities and the original interviews the outlet had conducted.[29][30][31] The Washington Post was extremely critical of the Caller's "eagerness to publish completely unsubstantiated allegations", concluding that the Caller was "ducking accountability".[32][33][34]
