Quick update
all right will post new states tomorow morning after workout
so far I'm loving it want to thank someanddone great cutting cycle suggestion and KBD for the cutting diet
my confidince is through the rough and my strenght just keeps going up the dumbells at the gym go up too 150lb and I can do that 15reps
I have noticed I get pissed of alot easyer but I know how to handle that so no biggy oh and almost seeing a six pack I was talking to one of my friends an he said the main reason I didn't see a six pack at 13% body fat was cause I only did abs once a week but now I'm doing them everyother day and they are coming out
 
The MAIN reason you don't see a six pack is because
you're bf is 13%. Core exercises only strenghten the
abdomen, not protude it.
 
Keep shredding the fat off and you'll see your abs. Your friends right though, take advantage of your cycle and add some mass to those abs while your at it.

diet on point I can see the out line of my lower abs haven't seen those since high school :D
158lb today after work out people be telling me I'm getting lean so I guess it's working also getting vascular loving this first cutting cycle

I have been doing some research on DNP and been thinking of going all the way and adding It to my cycle but I read the side effect and it can kill what do you guys think go for it or no?

I'm not a fan of DNP because it doesn't accomplish anything that can't be done with equally good results with knowledge one ought to have anyway, reasonable amount of time that ought to be available unless having planned unreasonably, and reasonable self-discipline that one ought to have anyway.

I guess one could say, "Well what about steroid use then? Isn't that kind of a hypocritical view?"

But I would say that most steroid users do think that as long as one is a position to continue to make fast gains naturally, that ought to be pursued. The steroid use is really for achieving what cannot be done otherwise.

There's commonly an unfavorable view of using steroids to accomplish what could be accomplished quickly with decent and hard training anyway, but where the person doesn't want to take the time or doesn't want to train too seriously.

And steroids are nowhere near as hard on the body.

That said, a low enough dose of DNP is probably not unduly hard on the body, but I've never wanted to get into that so cannot advise on dosage.
 
I agree with u on that bill but most people I know including me use steriods to add size past our genetic potential plus we train harder than anyone else

Exactly. That's what I was saying. Anabolic steroids are generally used to go past what can otherwise be achieved.

In contrast, DNP never or at best rarely is used to accomplish something that the individual couldn't have done with proper knowledge, reasonable time, and reasonable discipline. So, given that it is I think harsh on the body, I'm not a fan of it.

If it were easy on the body and safe and added speed, I'd be all for it.

The results from DNP can be anywhere from fat loss at same rate as is readily achievable with dieting and exercise, which is safe or reasonably safe and not very hard on the body, to extremes that are risky and definitely hard on the body. It can be anywhere in that spectrum or beyond. Definitely no one answer.

don't get me wrong I'm in a cutting cycle right now on a very strict diet but I want a bit extra help that's y I have been looking at DNP

Yes, DNP causes increased fat loss without a need to reduce calories.

This may be a stupid analogy, but it's not completely off.

DNP is like wanting your car to burn through its tank of gas rapidly (gasoline being compared to fat, both being energy sources that must be burned to be gotten rid of) but not wanting to drive over 55 mph to do it (not wanting to exercise more.)

So how do you make your engine burn gas twice as fast without the car actually going faster, without actually putting more power to the ground?

Well, introduce some oil into the clutch so it slips like a m'fer and half the power never gets to the road. So now the engine burns gas much faster to maintain the same 55 mph.

To be specific, DNP screws up mitochondrial efficiency so they have to burn far more fuel to provide the body with the same amount of energy.

As with the slipping clutch, this generates a great deal of excess heat. This is the main area where DNP is dangerous. But I doubt as to whether it is easy on the body in any circumstance where fat loss rate is driven particularly high.

ok feeling good like always
looking more lean still not at the full 6pack but I can see the out line even more and love handles I was getting are gone sweet god thank u lol
pumped all the time
arms are getting bigger I'm likeing that and the vein on my chest is starting to come out
 
Strength is still going up slowly
I am getting vascular veins coming out of my chest and shoulders :D
I get pissed of very easy now and I usually don't talk back now I do
oh and the acne sucks I have so much on my back s
 
All right been working my butt off and eatting right
I am at 164lb went up 6lb but I see a 4pack so not complaining almost at my 6pack that's my goal
getting compliments every where even my boss is telling my to get new shirts cause I am ripping through them almost

Did jump rope for 15min my legs got pumped really good but

This vein in my right calf has to big bumb when I do cardio and it hurts a bit any ideas?

Is it hard to get dnp?

Don't know how easy or hard it is to get dnp, but from what I've read, it's fine to use while on cycle IF you dose wisely and listen to your body. Do as much research as you would for any steroid, until you feel prepared and confident enough to use dnp. Glad to hear that your weight has gone up and your bodyfat as gone down bro, that is hard to do and kudos to you and your dedication to your diet. :tiphat
 
Thanks bro I miss eatting chinese food and going out with friends to party but it is worth it getting mad girls and almost got a full six pack
