1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Vanilla how do you like the t3? do you feel it makes a big difference? I'm exploring the possibility of running it but I would not do it with clen. I have anxiety/ heart palpitations from just a bit of caffiene so clen is out of the question for me.

I feel it has an effect for sure. No sides that I can tell... but I notice bf leaves faster than without it, which is the whole point.
 
Kept my cheat day pretty clean this time around... a couple steak tacos and some ben n jerry's..... last week I spent all week battling back the 8lb weight gain from cheat day, this week I only jumped 3 pounds, so it should not be a problem making good progress by Sunday.... also.... I finally got some abdominal veins!!!!

Damn dude..havent really been following. You look like a different person. Thats dedication. You had a goal and you made it happen..and youre still going. Im sure you also just inspired others, who are just starting out, maybe where you did, lurking the internet for motivation. My hats off to you.

Was just a matter of getting back to basics and setting my focus away from the negative. I've stumbled a bit, but my desire outweighs temporary satisfaction
 
Seeing this.. Reading every post and all the input and advice.. Really appreciate it. The time it's taken for all you to write and read and answer has been an inspiration for me to get my ass back to it. Not even certain I've posted on here before.. Was on basskillers years back under a different name. I may do an intro and start a log.. Just wanted to make note of how its inspired me. Thanks again gents
 
Just spent the last half hour reading through this thread, fuckin awesome bro! Very motivational for me as I started around the same area, I started a bit heavier than you I think but not too far off. So it's cool to see someone with similar stats as me. I was curious about your height cuz if you stated it somewhere before I think I missed it.

Do intermittent fasting bro before the cylcle you will drop fat 10x quicker n easier. Then if your still serious cycle up bro. Give yourself 2 months of defication before the cycle


I'm not looking for BS hazing... I just want to state my case and see if anyone has any positive input even if its telling me to steer clear...

I have had multiple serious injuries to my knee and back over the last couple of years, and am now sitting at about 300lbs with an estimated 33 percent body fat.

before this string of injuries, I was at 220 and roughly 13% bf.

I have just recently resumed training, having been back to the gym for about a month. I am interested in dropping this body fat as fast as humanly possible. This is why I have considered doing my first cycle, however I've seen multiple posts stating that people with high body fat should not in fact run a cycle. which I previously would have completely understood, but given my current state I'm reasonably desperate to get back into proper condition.

I willing to do whatever it is that I need to do, so my question is this...

should I just put in a good amount of time trying to get back into shape with the gym alone over the next 6-12 months , or would adding a cutting cycle be worth it to boost the process? Keep in mind that I recently had a testosterone level test done and according to the doctor he said I was still within range even though I was right at the lower limits of normal, thus would not prescribe TRT..

And IF I cycle would be worth doing, what would be a good stack to run?

So snuck in a back session last night.... loved it!
Kept the intensity a bit above neutral and lightened the weight... also mainly did variations of seated rows and pull ups (yes this fat boy can do pull ups)

BUT SERIOUSLY REGRETTED it today. Balls ached something fierce and hurt all day. So back to the couch I go for another week. Just not touching the junk food, stepped on the scale Monday and was back to 254! Got back to eating clean and dropped back down to 248 in 48hrs. Lol.
 
Back full force tonight! And not at a better time, my latest shipment arrived just now.

As per usual, I got a little bonus in my order. This time it was 50ct Cytotam 20mg tabs

I've read they are for pct, but not familiar with them. Anyone that can elaborate?
