1st cycle - Var, clen and phen

I’m considering to up my dose of var on Monday - from 10mg to 15mg. Should I do 7,5mg AM/PM or 5mg every 8 hours (3 times a day)?
 
Update week 2
15mg var - 7,5mg AM/7,5mg PM
37,5mg phen
20mcg clen

Current weight: 149,3 lbs. That's 1,2 lb down since last week. Slow and steady wins the race ;) The number on the scale isn't important - a lot of stuff is happening in the mirror :D

So this week I started to do 15mg of var instead of 10mg and I started taking clen for the first time. I started this yesterday and I'm already noticing things. I was very jittery yesterday from the clen, I was also a bit nauseous and got a head ache in the evening. Not sure if this is the clen or just the calorie deficit - maybe both.

Since I upped my var dose i can tell I'm much more prone to muscle cramps. And the pump during my gym sessions are quite intense - not to the point where I have to stop. I can especially feel it in my lower back during my leg days. I have started to take taurine - heard that would help. Anything else that would help?

Since I started the var I can tell my muscles are harder and tighter - I think my joints are as well. I can really tell when I stretch - everything is so tight. So I'm really taking my time during my stretching and I never skip a stretch or foam roll.

I'm still loving the phen - it makes the calorie deficit part of this a lot easier. I still wish I could eat more, but its really not problem at all sticking to my macros and I feel satisfied after every meal. No cravings, or at least very rarely. And I don't get all spaced out from the deficit like I normally do.

Sides:
Apart from what I've already mentioned like tight muscles and clen giving me the jitters - I don't really feel like I have a lot of sides.
My mouth is still dry from the phen, this is probably also what causes my throat to be a bit dry.
I don't have any back acne, but I broke out a little bit in my face and my forehead is a bit shiny.

No increased libido yet :( One of the sides i hoped for. But the phen does have a decreasing effect on this - so the var and phen are probably just equaling it out :P

I'm making sure to drink a lot of water and to get enough sodium in me. My sleep is great - dreaming a lot.

there's a huge difference, you're leaning out extremely fast. always harder to see it in your self. keep up the good work
 
You have a really attractive physique. Your hard work is really showing up. You've made some big changes in a very short time period. I think you're going to be extremely happy with your results once your finished.

I only started yesterday - so I'm only a dose and a half in. But I can say I am pleasantly surprised by the phen. It does work really well to suppress my appetite. I have no trouble eating, but I never think about food or feel hungry - which is really refreshing :) The only downside is that it wears off quite fast. I took it at 9am and already at 5-6pm i could feel it was wearing off. And at 9 pm I was super hungry :( I tried to split the dose today - i took most of the pill at 10am and the last quarter pill at 2pm. We'll see if that helps.

I drink a LOT of water - pee all the time :p

I trained legs yesterday and woke up super sore today - like it was my first day in the gym :O Had a really good workout today as well, no crazy-heavy lifts, but a pretty decent pump :)

Sides:
- Dry mouth from the phen
- Tossing and turning during my sleep
- My cheeks are warm

I noticed my throat was a bit dry and sore today - like I have inhaled smoke or something. Could this be the Var? And after just a dose and a half?
I'm on day 10 of just 5mg of car and am also experiencing a dry sore throat. I found a fda website that says sore throat is a side of oxandrolone but only in about 3% of people studied. I'd this just a normal side or so I need to be worried about virilization and voi e change? Thoughts?

It’s the beginning of vitalizarion. It likely is accompanied by some clitoral growth and increased sensistiy, along with an increased sex drive. You’re taking male hormones. It’s to be expected. I’d keep a close eye on your throat situation. In all likelihood, it’ll be just fine and it’ll go back to normal after you’re done with your Anavar run.

I noticed today that my voice is a little different. The cold has gone away, but I'm still sounding slightly hoarse - like I've been shouting all day. So the dry throat in the beginning could have been the start of my voice changing. It doesn't really bother me - I kinda like it :P Sounds sexy. I started on 10mg og var but started 15mg this week.

But if my voice does get darker I will taper down and go off. The slight hoarseness is cool, but a deeper voice is not.

Current weight: 148,4 lbs. That's 0,9 lb down since last week. Progress is good and things are happening. I'm starting to see big changes in the mirror and my clothes fit better :)

I am beginning to feel the diet when it comes to my energy levels - they are a bit lower than usual. My mood swings a bit as well. Nothing major. I will be introducing refeeds or cheat meals from now on. So I'll have a cheat or refeed on Sunday.

Since starting the clen last week I have had a lot of head aches and obviously shaky hands. I started with 20mcg the first 6 days until I couldn't feel any shaking and then upped it to 40 mcg from yesterday. No head aches, but a little shaky hands.

I am a spin class instructor and i have two cycling interval classes per week (my two cardio sessions) - And I was hopping to feel the benefits from the clen during my cardio, but the pump in my quads are just too overpowering :P

My lifts are up this week :D Which is very interesting. I'm not pushing for strength gain, but when the weight I've been lifting for a few weeks suddenly felt really light its time to put on more weight :P Even if its 3 weeks with a calorie deficit. Which is very fascinating and cool to me. All logic tells me I shouldn't be getting stronger, but when I'm all geared up I guess its possible :P haha

Sides:
Minimal sides.
My forehead is shiny, but my break out from last week has gone away. No new pimples.
My forearms are very vascular.
My throat still feels smokey and dry. My voice is sometimes hoarse, but not deeper. But its probably at the beginning. I'll keep an eye on it.

Some head aches

I see a major difference in your legs and glutes!!
my legs are the hardest part for me to put on any size. I managed to gain some muscle this winter but have already lost a lot of it. :(
 
Good job, you're feeling the strength gains right about the same time as I do on var, be careful and don't hurt yourself taking up the weights too quickly
 
Hey, sorry for being MIA for a while and not updating. My partner and I decided to split up a couple of weeks ago - so updating Meso hasn’t really been a priority :P I probably had one week of set back, but managed to get back on the grind and I’m still going strong.

The only thing bothering me about this cut now is that I seem to be loosing a lot of size in my glutes. I knew that would happen when I loose body fat, but I have for sure lost a lot of muscle mass as well. I haven’t focused much on hamstrings, but they seem to have developed quite a lot. Or they might seem bigger since my glutes are flatter.

I know I might not be able to gain size in my glutes while cutting. But how can I stop loosing size? As of now I train legs twice a week with one day focus on glutes and hamstrings, and the other day focusing on glutes and quads. Should I train glutes three times a week or is less more? I do cycling/spinning for cardio.

Currently on 15mg bar and 50mg Phentermine.

I’ve been living here and there after the split up - but I’ll be back in my apartment on Monday. So I will post a proper update then.

OP while your comittment is undeniable, I sense you may have overlooked the importance of an experienced/qualified trainer.
