1st cycle - Var, clen and phen

Try doing squats on both of your leg days in addition to your other leg work.

I know you are already squatting on one of those days but squatting on both leg days each week should maintain your glutes where you want them.

Also, I wouldn't get hyper focused on minor body changes for the next several weeks. A breakup is hard both emotionally and physically and minor changes are to be expected.

You were making great progress prior to the life issues. You will bounce back quickly!

Squats 2x a week in a deficit, for most users, will be counterproductive.... I've seen legs dissolve in a deficit when they are abused + cardio... I would not stress the CNS too much on a deficit, personally.... Maybe at the beginning of a cut, but certainly not in the middle or end.

How deep do you go when you squat? A lot of people stop above parallel, but I find if you go ass to ground you get a lot more glute activation, also things like hip thrusts are a good glute exercise
 
I know I failed to cycle log properly. I was planning on an 8 week cycle, but extended it to 11 weeks due to a few set backs and taking a week off plus a few days here and there. Mostly due to a break up that was pretty hard on me.

But I got back on the horse and kept going. I'm still a huge fan of var and phen - the clen not so much because of the way it makes me feel. But I can tell progress is quicker while on it. Out of the total 11 weeks i was on clen a total of 4 weeks. Week 3 and 4 plus week 9 and 10. The last couple of days on clen I was at 60mcg.

Var started at 10mg, and ended the last two weeks with 20mg.
Phen I was on 37,5mg for most of the time. But the effects started to wear off at around week 7 or 8 - so I actually ended up at double dose of this during the last week.

I did take a couple of days to taper off Var and phen after I was done with week 11.

At the moment I am done with my cycle and I'm working my way up towards maintenance calories and having a cheat meal every Sunday. I am going on a holiday in august so I will probably do phen and clen for two weeks before leaving just to tighten up :)

Here is the first day and where I was at this weekend - on my cheat day :) Not as tight as I wanted to get, but lean enough to rock the beach :P
