Not sure how you got "made up/satire" from the quote you posted.
Just because you don't like their style of writing doesn't make it false. I like to quote them exactly because most people find them offensive. It's not like you can't verify exactly what was claimed from a dozen other publications, including the bill they were extracted from which I provided in a link.
